I use this company for my annual oil burner and water heater maintenance. Their technicians are punctual, pleasant, efficient, and clean and their service is reasonably - priced. They have also done some repairs for me to keep my equipment running efficiently. They have a lot of integrity and will not try to sell you what you don't need.

The best in the business. After 9 years with a Levittown oil burner service, I was ""fired"" by the company because it no longer wanted to come up my driveway in bad weather. Bob came out and we both agreed that my 60+ year old furnace and 25+ year old hot water heater needed to be replaced. Bob gave me a fair price for replacement of the furnace and hot water heater. Since my Riello Burner had been recently installed by the other company and was in very good condition, Bob did not feel that it needed to be replaced. He also gave me a one-year guarantee on parts and labor, after which I have the option of purchasing a service contract with him (which I will do).

Bob came out one week after giving me the estimate, calling me when he and his crew were on the way. They arrived promptly at 8 am and spent the entire day, removing my old equipment and installing the new heating system. The new system is 1/2 the size of the old and does not run constantly as did the old, hopefully greatly increasing the efficiency of my oil usage.

The next day, there was a bit of a problem with one of the zones (I have 4). Bob called me back promptly and arrived at my house shortly. He discovered that one of his assistants had crossed the wires with a zone that I do not use and had the problem fixed in a timely fashion. He answered every question that I had and labeled every zone for me, both by number and location. He and his crew treated my house with great respect and left things broom clean when they left.

In summary, I cannot recommend Bob's Burners enough. I was in a very distressed state when I first contacted him, since my long-time service company had told me (after a new service contract was signed in December) to find other company. Bob and his wife, Luisa, were responsive and very supportive of my situation, particularly since this all came about on the heels of a major snowstorm with frigid temperatures.

Bob's professionalism and generally positive approach to everything have renewed my faith in one's ability to find a responsible and responsive service person, whom I am glad to add to my list of ""go-to"" providers.

Gave Bob a call today and he was very friendly and efficient. Called me when he was on his way and showed up in 10 mins. Explained everything to my sister. I was on the phone. Happy with the service and definitely will be using him again in the future. Excellent service.When I called him,he picked up the phone,and made a Saturday morning apt. with me(in November,when he probably has non stop work).Came on time,found a chronic problem I was wondering about,explained to me why it was a problem,how much it would cost to fix it,AND had the part on his van.My burner is running better than in several years. Gave bob a call around 6:30 pm on a saturday night to come fix our oil burner. Showed up within 20
Minutes and was very polite, patient, answered all our questions, told us exactly what was wrong and gave us some advice as well. Fair price and great experience. Did a excellent job and we are very satisfied. Thanks bob!

Oil burner stopped working this morning in 10 degree weather, called Bob at 10:40 am and he arrived by 11:00 am. Replaced the filter and nozzle, was done by 11:40 am! $120 for fast and honest service.

Other companies can make you wait over a day for service. Our service was done within an HOUR on one of the coldest days of the year. He did not try to up charge us.
