Don't waist your energy or breathe on these shysters. They initially talk a good game but when they find out your job isn't worth what they can make off of other unsuspecting people, they won't return your calls or do what they say they were going to do. You are better off starting with a reputable plumber.

These guys were completely professional, replaced a part on my tankless water heater that was under warranty, and saved me a ton of money by replacing the part itself, not the entire unit (which I was afraid of having to replace). I will be calling them in the future for routine maintenance on my unit, which they recommend be done on an annual basis.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Since moving to Visalia 4 years ago, Robert Marks Plumbing have been our ""go to"" plumbers of choice. Always courteous, prompt and always ""go beyond"". When we first moved here we had them do a lot of work during our renovation. While installing a new kitchen sink, they found a leak about which we were totally unaware and repaired it without extra charge. They did a complete renovation of a second bathroom and we are MORE than pleased with the results. They try to accommodate promptly when called and have always been helpful and honest. We always recommend them to friends.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not hire them! Stay clear of this company. TERRIBLE service. They said a perfectly good water heater was broken, charged $100 and l tried to sell me a new one for $2,500. Beware!!!!! Another company charged me $60 to clean it and it works beautifully.

Dishonest company. Assistant to Mr. Robert overbilled for time and added 2nd assistant on 2nd day of project to install toilet. We cancelled our check to them and they admitted ""error"".
