Robert was hired to do the plumbing in a bathroom renovation. He talked a good game when he came in to look at the job boasting to be a professional. But he DID NOT follow the directions of the contractor. He was told to cap the pipes NOT attach values until after the walls and tile were up. He did not say he doesn't do it that way and proceed to do what he wanted, which was ever for him. He kept insisting after that it was fine, that having bigger holes than necessary doesn't matter. He also raised my showerhead and did not do it straight and he used a threaded pipe elsewhere where he should have used a solid one. He would not fix any of these things and did not return my calls. He also lied in court and said he never had directions and because he wrote a vague undetailed receipt,I couldn't do anything about it. I had in the meantime paid a reputable plumber to come in and completely redo what he did.
