NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CHARGE BY THE JOB FOR A REASON. To simply overcharge the customer. Did 20 minutes of unacceptable work and charged $250 not worth a single penny. They decided themselves to use my nice kitchen towel to catch the water and drainage from my sink the workers also seemed more interested in talking to my wife making her uncomfortabl enough to tell me about it. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. 0 starts if I could. doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I was charged $329 to replace one thermostat in a hot water tank! The original quote at $450 should have been the cost to replace two thermostats and two heating elements, this was the cost after I called the owner and he reduced when I complained that only one thermostat was replaced. When they left-I still had no hot water. When I contacted a reputable plumber, I found both thermostats and both heating elements were bad when Phillips came. They were never looked at! I will never use them again and would NOT recommend anyone else use them. I gave Phillips a chance to refund at least some of the money I paid them as this was clearly a rip off-they never responded, the just cashed my check.

As a Real Estate Agent I have recommended this company over the past years and there always seems to be a small complaint each one of my customers has reported but nothing that would prohibit me from continuing to recommend them until today. I was told that a customers homeowners insurance was canceled because Phillips refused to email a copy of their toilet replacement to the customers insurance agent. Was told they where too busy at that time but would put a s copy in the mail. That copy was never received the homeowners ins was cancelled. I called Phillips today relayed my story to the man that answered the phone and he called my customer a liar. He did not believe my story to be true. They would never have said they were too busy! Think twice about choosing this company. There are many more out there with much higher levels of integrity and customer service!

This company has gone above and beyond to help us during a very stressful time. They did everything they could to help. They fixed our plumbing as well as took care of all the water damage for us. Courtney was an absolute doll to work with. Thank you guys for everything that you did for us we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts and we will refer you to everyone we know!!!!!

I called Phillips Plumbing and explained to the lady that I needed someone because my toilets were not flushing and to look at my sump pump as it was also not working properly. Since it was Saturday I was told it would be a $69 service call fee- which was not a problem, however when the young man arrived and I explained to him exactly what problems we were having, he then a proceeded to get a shovel from his van and start to dig a hole (while holding his phone up to his ear using his shoulder for support (it was obviously a personal from what I could here)- I will spare you the details. He started digging a large hole and said that they did not deal with septic tanks or sump pumps- you will need to call someone else- so I will only charge you the $69 service call. When he left, my husband discovered a cut on one of the cords for the sump pump where he had been digging to locate the pump and a left a Large hole in the yard. That's just GREAT... I made a call to Phillips and no one answered nor has anyone returned my call. Why couldn't the lady on the phone tell me that they do not do this kind of work?? Some Companies don't seem to understand that we the Customer might work in an industry that has a great need for Good Plumbers, as I do. Guess those jobs will go to a more reliable company.... What A Shame. I will be checking in with the BBB to see how many complaints have been filed against this Company.

I have worked with this company a few times. My recent situation was to get an estimate for plumbing & perhaps help me with an addition. They strung me out for well over a month. I've been lied to regarding when he was coming to return my architectural drawings & estimate. No matter who I talk to I get bullshit. These plans are expensive. My time has been wasted over & again while I tried to keep a positive attitude & hoped this time they make good on their word. I bet Robert Phillips, who has passed on would not run the company this way. I should send them a bill for the plans. But airing my feelings & hopefully preventing others from getting the runaround works.

Installed complete water service to home but in doing so they wrecked my backyard sprinkler system so it doesn't work since and they refused to take responsibility and refused to repair.

Avoid this company! The owner is Irresponsible, rude, disrespectful, very unprofessional. They refused to own up to their mistake of incorrectly wiring and connecting the electrical components of a water heater although it was verified by their own plumber, another certified plumber from CHOICE warranty, and a licensed electrician. The wires were too short, overstretched, and the required connector A Greenfield Connector) was NOT installed causing the unprotected wires to burn out over time due to the direct heat and friction. They mounted the water heater on 4x4 wood blocks to attempt to make the wires reach, as a smaller water heater was installed in contrast to the original water heater which was much taller. When I told the owner, T.9 Phillips that I felt he should pay for the damages. ($185.00). He told me I was pathetic, to get a life, and he hung up on me. I have attached photos, invoice $125., and proof of payment to CHOICE $60., Detailed complaint. Proof of install by them with American Home shield on 3-3-2018.
