Feezer's plumber performed my annual water treatment service and noticed a leaky T-pipe from my well tank, spoke with his front office and quoted me a price. When they came to perform the service they said the quoted price was way off and charged me a much higher price.
The 2nd plumber explained and showed me all the prices and was at a loss on how the first plumber got the initial lower quote.
I went ahead with the new price, but felt a bit swindled even though it was probably an honest mistake.

Competent and honest service; fair prices and friendly staff. If you need work on a domestic or small commercial water system in central Maryland, there probably is none better. They have been serving our water conditioning needs for years.

We have been using Feezer since 1989. They have always been honest. And they have done a good job. The prices have increased over the years, yes. The ""little"" valve on top of the water conditioner is an expensive unit. I am wondering what that piece actually is in the complaint.
We have had our valve unit replaced only once in 30 plus years. It is integral to the functioning of the whole system. It usually takes at least 4 hours for them to service our 2 units plus the cost of the materials. Plumbers also charge for driving time. It usually costs around 750 to 900 dollars now. We only have to service it once a year. The water in Cockeysville is full of colloidal clay and has a pH of around 6. They often have to clean out the unit by hand since the back wash does not always get all the clay removed. This is the price of living on well and septic. This system is much less expensive than the Culligan system that my neighbor put in and does not really work in this area because of the clay contaminants. But it is still sold to unsuspecting residents at a huge premium. She switched to Feezer and is very happy.
The colloidal clay (clay that is in suspension) has only gotten worse over the years. We have gone from one small limestone unit to 2 large units to clear out the clay. This area uses the Ohio aquifer which is over used do to increased housing over the decades. Therefore more clay in suspension.
They always respond quickly and are very pleasant.
Lugging those chemicals up and down stairs all day is back breaking work. Be kind!

This well water system maintenance company does quality repair work, but they are not forthcoming or transparent when providing estimates prior to repairs or of their actual cost for equipment and services.

The employees of Robert Feezer are responsive, know their work and do a good job. I was very appreciative when one of the guys came out to work on my well pump and noticed that my water treatment system installed by Rainsoft of Delaware was improperly installed. Which could have been a health hazard to my family. Above and beyond the service call. Thanks so much!

They took the time to explain our current system and gave us ideas in how to improve it. I genuinely felt like they were looking out for our best interests and not trying to make a profit. They are also very helpful when calling them on the phone.

For over 20 years Feezer has served us well. However, when I ordered salt for the water softener recently, the young man delivering it checked the salt container and found that a valve needed replacement. The valve is on top, a little thingy connected to a hose. The bill for the valve and connection was 360.00 something. At the same time I ordered some stuff for the tall water softener which needed to be ordered. I complained to the owner about the huge bill for a valve replacement. No support from them. I paid the 360 something and for the salt and to this day I did not receive delivery on the rest of the order, about 3-4 months.
Feezer is not what it used to be. Compare to other companies and find out.
