Arrived on time. Checked out our water leak in shower fixed it and was finished in a hour. Very reasonably priced.

we used Mr Isherwood for a faucet problem. he talked us into a 300.00 in home system. when we had a question a few days later we spoke with a lady who was short with us and said he was """"out of town"""" We called back in a week, same story. she also said you decide what you would rather have. we unhooked what he did ourselves and have left it the way it was before he showed up. as it was worse afterward. that was abot a year ago.

We called for a leak under our kitchen sink and a bathroom shower handle. This was on a Saturday morning. Mr. Isherwood came to our house within the hour. The repair jobs were successful. Actual time for repair was less than one hour. However, time spent going to a local supply store for a part went into a second hour. The total repair bill was $295.00. This was based on a charge of $110.00 per hour!!!!!

We called a week in advance for an appointment and the appointment was for labor day. I specifically questioned he office and they clearly stated that yes they worked on labor day and he would be at my home at 10:30 am. I returned one day early from visiting my daughter at UM for the appointment and on Monday morning at 7:30am I get a cll from his office that he had gone away for the weekend and would not be making the appointment. He could have called on Friday before the weekend or on Saturday or Sunday and I could have had a complete weekend with my Daughter. Since the 7:30am call no calls to apologize or reschedule. This is the second incident I have had with Isherwood and would never use them or recommend them again.

Came out to repair the thermostat on our water heater. Assured us job was done and our water heater would turn on as soon as the water needed heating. Got paid and left. Our neighbors called us shortly afterwards to tell us that he had turned off their water, not ours. We have also since been without hot water based on his """"repairs"""". When we called him to return to correct the problem, he was """"tied up"""" on another job. Said he would come out """"before lunch"""" and never showed or called. We had to figure out how to turn our neighbors water back on and call another plumber to fix his mess. Definitely do not recommend.
