Extremely disappointed with Robert Fischer's lack of professionalism and price gouging. I called to have someone check to see if I had a slab leak. Their dispatcher did not mention a cost associated with having them check for a leak. I assumed that after they checked the house, they would charge me based on any work to be done, but not for the review itself. They came to the house, did a visual inspection for 30 minutes, and did not touch any plumbing.

It came as a surprise to me when a few days later I received an invoice for $375. There are so many plumbers in the area, ask yourself why you would waste your time with people who price gouge their customers, especially someone who was actually planning to do a much bigger scope of plumbing work. If you do need to work with Robert Fischer, absolutely make sure to get any costs from them in writing before they step on your property.

We recently had Robert Fischer Plumbing come out to our office to install a new water filter system! We've been wasting money and plastic each month with ReadyFresh delivery! My team brings their giant Stanley handles to work so we go through the giant jugs of water link crazy!! Instead, Mark from Robert Fischer came up with the great idea of adding a second faucet to our kitchen sink! Mark helped me by researching the most effective & efficient filter, helped me choose my faucet & scheduled installation once the parts arrived. Josh came out to our facility, spent a few hours working away, and now we have endless fresh water! We are saving a ton of money in the long run and I am grateful to the great guys at Robert Fischer for always being helpful, reasonably priced and awesome to work with!

Charged $400 to detect leak. Charged another $875 on top of that to fix the leak after saying the whole job would cost $875 which I verbally agreed to then sent me an invoice for $1250 in an email. Left drywall holes in wall and mess for me to clean up. Leak seemed to stop but got charged over $400 an hour for it. Wouldn't budge on the price. Asked around for quotes from multiple other plumbers after the fact who would have charged half the price since this wasn't an emergency. If you use these guys make sure to get everything in writing before hand.

I have used Robert Fischer Plumbing for many plumbing services over the last decade. If you want your jobs done the right way, these are the guys to call . Mark and all the guys are straight shooters, reliable and trustworthy ! They have done a lot of work for me from ,
Maintanance / replacement to urgent plumbing leaks /situations as well as larger jobs . I would highly recommended them, they always come through for me !!

I received a call back from Robert Fisher. He told me he could have someone out the next day between 10 and 1. NO ONE came and he has yet to return my phone call from 1 pm asking what happened and would someone be coming!
Beyond disgusting...more time and more damage done to my home
