We met Robert through our realtor during escrow close. He recommended him for specialized plumbing inspection considering the age of our home. Sure enough, we found out our sewer line needed replacing. Bummer news, but Robert gave us a good quote that we took him up on, especially considering his professionalism, promptness, honesty, and responsiveness during the inspection process already sold us on his company. At the end of the day Robert and his team worked with us on getting the cost down below the original quote, which is obviously more than we could have asked for. Even more impressive was him going out of his way to help me with a clogged sink drain that I asked him to take a look at, just to advise me if it just needed a good snaking or if replacement was going to be needed. Did he snake it for me on the spot? Yep. Did he also go ahead and replace the whole darn p-trap assembly to get it working? Sure did. Robert won us over for all of our future plumbing needs, which we will be taking him up on in the near future with a copper re-pipe of the house.

Our home had a pipe back up that caused our kitchen sink to gurgle when our washer was running. We called Robert and he responded, same day, to assess the problem. Instead of just snaking the line, as another plumber had done previously, Robert took the time to do a full inspection of al of our incoming and outgoing pipes. We are on a raised foundation, and he was meticulous about inspecting under the house. He discovered a major pipe leak where our home connected with the city drain line. Robert gave us a quote for the work, prices was reasonable and fair, and his crew started the next morning. Pipes were replaced and inspected/tested for leaks. All of the workers were professional and completed the re-piping in a few hours. Robert also stopped by the following day to confirm we weren't experiencing any other problems. I had done several loads of laundry after the pipes were replaced and the gurgling was gone!

I asked Robert to come out to replace a faucet (botched job from another plumbing company where they broke it and didn't fix it) and replace a water pressure regulator.

We have a new plumber. Asked Robert to come give a second look to our main line as we had a back up and we're unsure about another company's diagnosis of the problem.

With better equipment, he was able to properly identify the problem and offer a couple of courses of action. He gave us the whole story and didn't try to sell us on the most expensive choice. Had we blindly accepted the other company's diagnosis and quote, it would have cost us over 8k.

His prices for basic services are competitive (less than our previous company), and he he is an honest and good guy to invite into your home.

Robert has a life-long client in me and my family. I needed a sewer inspection on two homes and he was able to accommodate me on short notice. He was prompt, very thorough, and gave a detailed report and video for both inspections for a reasonable price. Since then I've had Robert do several repairs: gas leak at our BBQ, replace the drain system on a bathroom sink, replace shut-off valves, rework the faulty wiring on a water heater as well as a couple of other minor repairs. He shows up when he says he will, is polite, professional, does great work, charges very reasonable prices, and doesn't leave a mess when he's done. I'm impressed with his work but my husband is super impressed! I highly recommend Robert. Once you use Robert, you won't use any other plumber.
