Robert is an awesome plumber. Very straight forward and a great price. I have had him do 3 jobs and he has been great every time. He comes up with great solutions to problems. This time he replaced the sewer line from the house to the property line. It was a good price for a lot of hard work. Very clean. In spite of needing to dig up the lawn you can barely tell it was disturbed.

The short version is, call Robert, he's honest, he knows his craft well, and he connected to other good people. He took all the stress out of repiping our house, and my family is very happy with the result. We've been enjoying the water for a few weeks now. Now everything just works, and the water is so clear I feel like I'm in an Evian commercial.

We had our whole house repiped a few weeks back. Our house had mostly galvanized steel pipes, and there were lots of small issues. The shower took forever to get hot, we couldn't do dishes if the laundry was running, some faucets had low pressure because of all the rust in the pipes, the water wasn't 100% clear the first few seconds it was on, at least in the tub. We weren't in a rush because of the cost and because rust isn't really bad for you, or so I've read.

We got to the point where we needed to fix the plumbing and we called Robert and he came by and gave us an estimate. He was prompt, kept us up to date and answered all our questions. He sent along a fixed price quote, so we knew we wouldn't get any big surprises - this was comforting since a repiping a house is a big purchase, and it was nice to know that even if there were big surprises, the cost wouldn't change.

The day of, Robert had 2 or 3 teams of people at the house. Everyone knew what to do and was focused. All the people I talked to were helpful and friendly, and everything moved along quickly. Robert told us it would be done in 1 day, and I know plans often don't work out, but sure enough, the water was usable that evening. Robert also discovered a strange piping setup and fixed it - it turned out our shower had the hot and cold pipes switched under the house and switched again in the shower handle, so he had to mess about with that.

The day after the repiping, a drywall contractor came that Robert had arranged. It's worth mentioning this was separate cost from the repiping, and the cost was not fixed - labor was fixed but not materials, but the material cost was inexpensive and less than the estimate, so I was pleasantly surprised. The drywall contractor was really good too, the walls are perfect and he even fixed a loose piece of drywall in a closet behind shower.

For the first 2 days maybe our hot water had a strange smell that Robert had warned us about. The cold water cleared up very quickly. After everything cleared out, our water has been amazing. I cannot recall ever living anywhere with water so clear. Also, all the quirks are gone, we can do dishes while the laundry machine is running, the shower heats up way faster, and the water pressure is great everywhere. Having lived with the new pipes a few weeks, I can say that my whole family is very happy with how everything worked out.

Did he snake it for me on the spot? Yep. Did he also go ahead and replace the whole darn p-trap assembly to get it working? Sure did. Robert won us over for all of our future plumbing needs, which we will be taking him up on in the near future with a copper re-pipe of the house.

Our home had a pipe back up that caused our kitchen sink to gurgle when our washer was running. We called Robert and he responded, same day, to assess the problem. Instead of just snaking the line, as another plumber had done previously, Robert took the time to do a full inspection of al of our incoming and outgoing pipes. We are on a raised foundation, and he was meticulous about inspecting under the house. He discovered a major pipe leak where our home connected with the city drain line. Robert gave us a quote for the work, prices was reasonable and fair, and his crew started the next morning. Pipes were replaced and inspected/tested for leaks. All of the workers were professional and completed the re-piping in a few hours. Robert also stopped by the following day to confirm we weren't experiencing any other problems. I had done several loads of laundry after the pipes were replaced and the gurgling was gone!
