Woke up to flooded bathroom. Instead of draining, toilet overflowed. Additional bathroom on the same line had bathtub half filled with water from backed up drain. Called the company's emergency line and they were here within a relatively short time (during a season when there were lots of busted pipes from a hard freeze) and were able to rooter out the drain line. It was clogged with roots. And finally, their emergency response rate was truly affordable. We will definitely use their services in the future!

Please save yourself some grief and do not use this company. I had water seeping up through my kitchen floor (and still do). I called them out to take a look. They simply pulled out my refrigerator, said the water line wasn't wet and they had no idea where the water could be coming from, charged me $140 for a full hour, and then left. They were literally at my home for about 15 minutes. They did not troubleshoot in any way or spend any time and acted like it was not their problem.

Amazing customer service. Technicians were super polite and considerate of our home. Troy, the after hours technician arrived at midnight, stayed til 2am. Climbed under our 115 year old home in the rain and cold and remained extremely cordial and friendly through the entire service call. Problem fixed! Highly recommended.

I have used Robert Brown Pluming 3 times since I have lived in this house the first time Mr joe was very helpful and fixed the problem, a little pricey but problem fixed. So of course I would call them again. The 2nd time they were a hour late and Mr. Joe got upset with me when I asked for a detailed work order because I had to replace the water heater and it was super pricey ( I had gotten other quotes lower) The 3rd time they worked on the kitchen sink and replaced pipes. that was a $400 job and we have been having trouble with it since. It has been about 9 months since that work was done. I called them yesterday to come out Mr Joe said he would be out after lunch and NO ONE CAME and NO ONE CALLED. So I called this morning and asked what happened and I was told that he would call me back when he comes in from a job. Still NO CALL that was 3 hours ago.

A difficult hose bib was changed out from an exterior wall and a dispos-all was installed. A mineralled-up toilet was evaluated and a chemical fix tentatively suggested to try to save it. The men were very friendly and very efficient. They worked fast and did a great job. I liked the fact that they were very business-like and were not distracted by my chattiness!

This company is just the best! We had been using it for years without a single problem, when one of the employees made a big mistake while installing a kitchen sink. Mr. Brown came out himself to redo the entire job and make sure it was done to our complete satisfaction. To top it all off, he sent us a thank you card!!

We had a plumbing problem that Previous plumbing company told us we were going to need all new pipes and tear up the floors and this would be several thousand dollars due to broken pipes under the slab. Then this company would not even get back to us with a quote. So we chose to call Brown's plumbing to get a quote and see about replacing the whole plumbing system. Mr. Brown personally came by and even called to let us know he was on his way. (Which I thought was nice because we had a baby napping) he walked the house and even got on the floor, looked at everything and asked if the previous plumbers ran a snake or looked for a clog in the vent pipe on the roof. NO they had not so he simply said he would have a guy in the morning come and check that first. So the very next morning first thing another phone call to let us know they were on way, plumber showed up, very friendly, went on roof and ran snake in the vent pipe and the leak was fixed. As well as all the drains in the house working 100 times better, the laundry room drain even was fixed and not overflowing when washing a load of laundry. I recommend any company that the person whose name is on the truck is the actual one who shows up to resolve a problem that two other big name local plumbing companies could not. I will know who to call if we ever have any other plumbing problems. So Thank you Mr. Brown and also the nice tech who was here for your honesty and your service.

Robert Brown Plumbing is the BEST! They are honest, hard working, and have your best interest at heart. We've used them big and small jobs. I won't use anyone else. If you have a plumbing issue they're the ones you want to call.

Wow! Jon & Jeremy did an amazing job. Thanksgiving week I called at noon and got a same day appointment. My water heater was a total loss and they researched my warranty and got me a new unit at no cost with a new warranty. They had to come back the next morning with the new unit and showed up at the exact minute they promised. Installation was quick and they were very professional. I will certainly be keeping their number loaded and will use their service again God forbid I have another breakdown in the future.
