The owner came out to my mom's house as she was having septic issues since we have had so much rain & illegally dug a hole in her back yard & left it just like that & said all was good!!! He then leaves the hole & tells my mom to get a tarp & put over the hole. She asked him when he was coming back & he said he didn't know because he was booked up for at least (2) weeks. He then proceeded to tell her that she needs a new septic tank & that was going to cost her $30K which is total bs!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THAT ARE SHISTERS & TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE. HE UPSET HER TO THE POINT SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I called 3 days with no response. Then after a call back they will not provide estimate on replacing drainfield without pulling and paying for a permit. 3 other septic companies gave written estimates. Robby's office personnel told me it's their company policy no estimates without paying and pulling a permit first. This a very poor practice. I guess after getting a call back 3 days later i should have just moved on. This is sad since I have used them since 2001. I would have expected better from them.

Let me start with telling you not to go anywhere else for great service. If you respect the hard working American that has performed his job for over 50 years then your in the right place. I called 6 places scared to death I was going to have to pay huge fees because of my septic alarm. He walked me through some troubleshooting tips. They made sense and litterateur taught me my whole septic system in plain English in 15 minutes. We solved the alarm problem and I was able to relax again. He did all this with no charge at all. Being able to talk someone through troubleshooting steps over the phone is someone with experience. I know who I'm calling from now on.

The initial call was pleasant. They showed up extremely fast. Problem was fixed However $575 for a pump out(small residential) and a clog that required a pressure washer. Shame on me for not doing my research.
