worst plumber. manny doesn't know what he's doing and when i complained (and i was right) he left me in the lurch. don't use this service. too inexperienced. now the repair handle that they replaced on friday fell off and i cannot use the shower. just awful awful awful. did i mention awful???? i'm only posting a star rating because yelp won't let me post this review without a star being filled in. believe me, i'm giving them zero stars.

No problem with the quality of the work. The problem was with the cost of the job. They refused to break down the invoice e.g. parts and labor. The total was inordinately high and they provided no means of questioning the total. If you decide to go with them, a word to the wise, is get a firm estimate. Otherwise, you will never really know how they have determined the amount they are billing.

They came on a Saturday when all my toilets and sinks were backed up and flooding my house, within 45 minutes the problem was solved! Very friendly, and efficient. Also explained everything to me so I understood the problem!

Thank the lord above for Robby's Rooter! One of our bathrooms had been out of commission for the last 2 weeks. After three plumbers, the problem still persisted, and my roommates and I were losing hope.

Enter Jaime, who came in and immediately got to work. He was knowledgeable, professional, and fixed the problem within 30 minutes! He also was just an all around great guy! Cannot recommend this service enough!! Thank you!!

As a business, I fully believe that if you can't fix something you should not charge someone. I find it completely ridiculous that they would charge me $100 to come over and tell me they can't fixture toilet. In fact they said the company doesn't make that part anymore. They said I would need to buy a Jew toilet and they'd be happy to charge me again. Meanwhile I was able to find the $30 part on Amazon and a dozen other websites in a 5 second web search.

If YOU feel like forkin out 100 bucks just to have someone come and try to sell you something else go for it. Otherwise stay away from these crooks!!!!

Had a leak on my bathroom vent and garbage disposal wasn't working. The manager at my building contacted me to tell me they were there and if I could let them in, I said I can't but they have my permission since my bathroom was flooded.... this was around noon, so I get home from work around 9pm this find this.. I call the company and the girl is either high or has no idea what the heck she is doing... then she says to me ""how do u know we were there today"" I said I KNOW U GUYS WHERE HERE, my manager told me!!! I tell her ""do u know her terrified I was to come out of the garage to see this"" she says oh I am sure... but I don't think it was us""... I got so upset that I just hung up on her, only to get this text from my manager the next morning, today saying this (it's in the picture listed below) then asks if the disposal was fixed , which I say no it wasn't.... they literally are incompetent and had I not taken my dog to work that day with me..... things would have escalated much more than they already had for being so careless...

Jaime just repaired the sink at my apartment and did a great job. I thought it would take hours and it took minutes. When I noticed the sink was a problem, I contacted the management and they sent a repair team that initially did not fix the problem and said it would take hours to fix with a second visit. Jaime came instead and solved the problem in about fifteen minutes. And he could not have been friendlier. Five stars.

Jaime was here on time. He went to work right away, and explained the clogging problem clearly. He recommended preventative measures as well. His work was thorough and kept the work areas as clean as possible. All I can say is that I would definitely call again if I have another plumbing emergency. I am very pleased with the outcome and jaime's service.

I kitchen sink needed to be rooted, plus I needed a new faucet in my guest bath, all my drains needed to be snaked and caulking throughout - Robby's came the same day, they did a fabulous job and we super reasonably priced. I had asked for other plumbers to come and was told I would have to wait somewhere between 3-6 days and the prices quoted were two to three ties what I ended up paying Robby's. Robby's came highly recommended by a neighbor who manages a small apartment building across the street and he had high praise for them and I was really in need - his faith in Robby's was well placed and now I can also attest that Robby's rocks! I highly recommend them!
