They did septic work on a house that my son bought. My son started to have septic issues after and we have tried for a month to get them to contact us to come and see what's going on. We are not saying it's their fault we just want them to come look at what's going on since they did the work. Their lack of response speaks volumes.

He came out a couple of times with no issues, except having to call several times to find out when he was coming. This time he came out and wasn't able to fix the problem and said he would come back with a different tool. He said he would be back either the next Wednesday or Thursday. He didn't show up on Wednesday so around noon on Thursday I called. His voice message was full and I couldn't leave a message so I called the landline number. The older man who answered said he wasn't coming because he went on vacation!! Really? How long would it take to call someone and let them know you can not keep your word!! I have been unable to use my kitchen sink or dishwasher for days! I guess 2 minutes is too long to take to make a phone call to someone who has been waiting on you for days!!!
