DO NOT be fooled, this ""contractor"" may know something about construction, but is HORRIBLE to work with. After 5 months of frustration due to significant no shows when expected, blown deadlines, and not one contracted job completed, we finally pulled the plug. When we told him we did not intend to pay full price since the job wasn't completed, he threatened to put a lien on our house, stating he had 7 liens on other homes and wouldn't even need an attorney to do it.

We learned you can't believe anything he says as he flat out lied throughout the entire process, so not sure if he actually has liens on other homes but I would not put it past him.

Save yourself unnecessary expense and a LOT of frustration and DO NOT work with him!! I only wish we'd checked into his credentials more thoroughly before cont with him.

Scammer and lazy. Never shows up when promised, takes way longer to do the job than is reasonably expected/doesn't do what is asked even when it's the bare minimum. just save yourself a headache and hire literally anyone else.

This man lies and does not do the work he is hired to do. He asks for money up front and then ghosts for days. He says he'll be there at a specific day and time, and then he's nowhere to be found. Stay away from this man! Liar and a cheat. We had to complete a project he said he would do. He then took pictures and took credit for the work WE did. Threatens to put a lien on your house and said he has 7 other liens on 7 other houses.

Beware Beware Rarely returns phone calls and when he does he lies. Asks for money before job is even scheduled. Nothing but trouble!!

He was good at delaying and full of excuses. He lacked basic knowledge/manners that a construction person should have.
Dont let the name fool you, you'll need to call an actual professional when he's done.

Horrible scammer. AGAIN, PAY HIM NOTHING UNTIL JOB IS COMPLETELY DONE. Showed him a scratch that he did on the brand new floor he put in. (which happened because he moved something across the floor but didn't sweep the floor mess from his work beforehand) Left a mess outside also Was told he'd be back on Saturday ;3 weeks ago NO SHOW. If you find something wrong or he hasn't cleaned up and removed his mess, do not pay him until it's COMPLETELY done, NOT ALMOST DONE. . I had to pay someone else $600 to fix his screw up and haul away his cleanup from his work

Not a good experience. Needed some minor wiring done to install a thermostat. Figured I'd save a few bucks by having this guy do it over an HVAC company. First of all, it took forever to track the guy down. He finally showed up, took a look at my system and my furnace electrical and seemed confused. Said he needed a transformer. Hmm. Really? The furnace is 3 years old. Nothing exotic. Even I could decipher the wiring. Anyway, he said he needed to take my owner's manual with the wiring diagram and ask some people. This was Tuesday and he said held he'd be back Thursday or Friday to complete. Then he ghosted me. Tried calling Friday afternoon - no answer. Called again Tuesday. Nothing. Hey, I know things cone up, but it takes 2 min to call me back and let me know what's up. Gave up and called Menza & Zak. They came out two days later and had me up and running in 40 min. No ""transformer"" needed.
In summary, I guess if you needed some manual labor like gutters cleaned or drain snaked he might be ok. I wouldn't let him touch anything electrical and I certainly wouldn't give him a bunch of money up front for a big job like a kitchen remodel. Too unreliable.

We had a furnace issue on a weekend. Called Mike and he came out that day. Reasonable rates. Knowledgeable and communicative. Thanks Mike! We appreciate the work you did!
