Chris of Pines Plumbing Service did some work for me last year - said he """"rebuilt"""" a shower valve, which subsequently had to be repaired by another plumber. Chris agreed to a partial refund, but I have not been able to obtain this, after repeated mailings, e-mails and phone calls. No messages returned. Would not recommend him again.

i had a water heater replaced by one of your workers on 2/11/15. less than a week later my kids were in the bath and lo and behold, the hot water stopped. it didn't come back until an hour or so, possibly longer. i have called the worker several times during the course of this week and now, he doesn't have the courtesy of returning any of my calls. i would rather have no hot water than to have this worker repair any appliance in my home. very disgruntled with this company.

I was given this plumber's name by my AC repair company. I hired Chris (who says he is the owner) to replace two stops in a sink in my half bath. I had to call him several times because he did not show up for the first visit. That should have been my first red flag. It was a simple job. He was here for all of 20 minutes and he said he was done. I asked if everything was ok and he said yes. Right after he left I turned on the faucet and there was a leak. I called him right back and he said he would come back shortly. He charged $195.00 and wanted cash. Another red flag. He did not come back, my husband and I both text him and called him and he would not respond. Not untiI I then said that I was going on social media and I wanted my money back for a job not done, did he respond. At that point I did not want him back in my house. Beware of this company.............
