Where do I start with Rob Rozz: Quality work, quality people, Calls back day or night, great pricing.... This list goes on and on. He has done everything in this house that requires a Plummer. He always explains what he's doing, takes a look at things around what he's fixing to make sure there are no upcoming problems. If I had a picture of everything he's done I'd take up to much space. Don't call anyone else, just call Rob.

Called to have him look into why our home had extremely low water pressure. Showed up on time-found out where the problem was coming from/helped resolve the issue. He was also really accommodating, listened to other issues we'd been having and fixed them as well.

Only 48 hours between my initial Yelp! inquiry, and having fully restored water pressure (and a new toilet).

The team was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Will DEFINITELY use again!!

The owner showed up with one of his employees super last second. They were helping to sort out a problem that one of his employees was working on but never called back about. Anyway, he was annoyed with me for calling to follow-up, and then he just showed up in an impatient mood. They came into the house without masks before we could even stop them. We finally asked them to leave and happily, I found someone else to help us. Tim Conlan has since helped us several times with the best attitude and the nicest staff. We are thrilled that we found someone else. Rob Rozz is a creep.

We have a basement prone to flooding and have a sump pump. We first used Rob last March when our sump
Pump failed and he replaced it the same day. This past April it failed again (no fault of his, we burn out dumps due to a tremendous amount of ground water and need to add another) and he came right out and replaced. I have used him to unclog a bathroom drain that was an emergency (1 shower, 4 people in house) on a Sunday. His rates are incredibly fair and his work is fantastic. We can not recommend him enough.

We were looking for someone to install a structured water device and Rob was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to schedule us in right away. The price was very reasonable and the installation went very smoothly. We're so happy with the results of our water!

My first impression was not so hot - I had a window between 4-5pm and he showed up at 4:55. But the guy that came (Bill I think?) was fast, happy to let me watch and even taught me some things for my future issues. He kept asking if there was anything else, since he knew I was already getting charged the $60 call fee. Very helpful and very efficient! And pricing was very fair, since he was there over an hour. I'd just say, a call ahead from the lead guy would have been nice to let me know he was still coming. But they didn't cancel and he stayed until I was out of questions -
So other than that, I would have given 5 stars!
