My hot water wasn't very hot anymore, and with a very old boiler I was expecting to have to pay for a new one. Rob did some investigation and discovered it was just a mixer valve that was the issue and nothing else. They saved me thousands. We had no heat because our natural gas boiler kept shutting off. Our last contractor would fix it and it would stop again. We decided to try someone new. We looked on home advisor and Google and found Rob Roy Mechanical. He came the same night we called and got our boiler running and ordered the part it needed. Within a few days it was fixed. He has very reasonable fees. Rob and Cara are a great team. Rob is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommended Rob. He does so much more than heating and, when we are ready, we will be calling Rob for more work. Can't thank Rob and Cara enough for being so responsive!
