I called Rob-N-Hood Plumbing after reading their Yelp reviews for a small reverse osmosis system leak. I was thinking that for such a small job I may not even get someone to come out. Jeremy showed up and found the issue right away. He was able to fix the leak and then went on to educate me in how that system actually operated. He was finished pretty quick and could have split, but stuck around just to chat about other things, some not even related to plumbing. Jeremy is very professional, knowledgable, and best of all friendly and prompt. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Jeremy came to our house because we had an odder in our guest bath. Jeremy was on time as promised and after he looked at all the possibility's, he determent that it was in fact a dead rodent in our attic...... Yaks! Thanks for helping us out! After all was said and done there was no charge for their house call.

I had a leak on my side of my water meter, so I called Rob-N-Hood Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews and as an independent business.
I left a message and my call was returned quickly. Kelly took my info and set up a time for Jeremy to see what was going on. On a follow up call, she asked me to text pics of the problem. She also called to give me realtime eta s for the plumbers arrival.
Jeremy was out at 4pm and diagnosed the problem. He said he would return after the city shut the water off. (The city responded in under 30 minutes!). Jeremy came back and fixed the problem. The city installed new meters three months ago, so I planned to send a claim to the city. Jeremy cleared the area so I could take pics and video tape the leak.
I'm very happy with their work and communication!

I must say that I was extremely satisfied with Rob-N-Hood Plumbing's service, integrity and honesty! I initially contacted Rob-N-Hood because they were local, had some good/positive reviews and seemed to be non-corporate. When I initially called I spoke to Kelly who is the office coordinator and organizes the jobs for the technicians. Kelly was VERY professional and throughout my experience with Rob-N-Hood and kept me advised at all times what was happening with my job. I was able to send Kelly photos via email and text so the plumber (Jeremy) was better prepared for my job when he arrived. I really liked that they were both tech savvy, I feel it made my repairs occur in a more expeditious manner. Also when Jeremy arrived he was very courteous (for instance he noticed we remove our shoes in our house and did so upon entering) and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. My concern was a leak inside of the wall that Jeremy was able to pinpoint immediately. He worked with me allowing me time cut into the wall where he felt the leak was occurring. This saved me a few bucks. He said he could do it for me but there would be labor costs involved. Once the wall was opened up Jeremy had pinpointed the leak. When he returned he noticed that there were more than just leak problems but there were also structural problems and he helped me navigate around those issues as well. In the end Jeremy was able to return and complete the necessary work. I must say if I have any plumbing issues in the future I know who I am calling and if anyone needs a plumber I know who I am recommending. Bravo Kelly and Jeremy at Rob-N-Hood Plumbing, great customer service and great work!

Jeremy is amazing!! We currently sold our Condo and needed a few items to be attended to before the new Owners took over. Without a doubt we knew Jeremy would be able to get the job done. Jeremy is awesome! Had to have the main line in my kitchen sink unclogged. He came out next morning and fixed the problem very quickly! He explained everything he was doing so I was aware of what was going on and also told me what to do once he was finished so I could stay on track of my plumbing problems and keep them away! Would definitely recommend his services to anyone I know!

My tenants called this company to fix a backed up line. They spent 3 hours at the property. 75.00 an hour. Didn't clear it. We were notified after the fact and called in another plumber. Rapid plumbing came in and used their camera. The clog was cleared. So we got charged for 225.00 for nothing. They never contacted us about using the camera. All we know is it didn't get fixed and we paid 225.00. I don't think I could recommend this company. I don't think they should have kept going on for 3 hours if it was not going to work.
