We had an issue with a blocked main drain on the Saturday morning of Thanks Giving weekend. We found Rob-n-Hood on Yelp, Jeremy's receptionist answered immediately and he came out that afternoon inside the promised time window. Our blockage was uncommonly stubborn, and Jeremy kept at it until dark, but did not solve the problem. He returned on Sunday morning with a different snake and a slightly different approach and found the solution we needed. He was tenacious and creative in solving the problem. He was articulate and honest in his dealings, and the price was very reasonable given the amount of time it took him to solve the issue. We highly recommend this company and will definitely call Rob-n-Hood again if we need a plumber.

Called for a thermo coupler issue for my 3 year GE gas water heater. Jeremy came out within an hour! Fixed the issue within 30 minutes and now we have hot water again. He is very courteous and professional. I hope his business thrives and the quality of work and customer service stays the same. I will have him check for sprinkler leaks in the near future. Highly recommended!

Jeremy came out today. By far the most patient and well spoken plumber I've ever had. Is this his side job? He was very professional, spoke extremely knowledgeable, and had to deal with 2 difficult homeowners that asked him to snake it twice. While I personally thought 1 time was fine he went ahead and did it twice to satisfied their concerns. He even remembered to take off his shoes! I'm fully satisfied with his work and highly recommend this company! Kudos!

I cannot say enough positive things about Rob-N-Hood Plumbing and Jeremy. I was fortunate enough that he was able to come out right away to snake out our main line. We had an awful blockage that caused a back-up into our toilet and bathtub. He worked diligently to get it unclogged. Thank you Jeremy for your prompt and professional service.

Don't believe the hype! I called these guys Monday morning. They told me the soonest they could come was Wednesday morning 10-12. Cause of their good reviews I was willing to wait. Now it's Wednesday at 1040am, after I took the day off of work to get my main line plumbing taken care of so my family could have plumbing again, they call me to let me know that someone else had an emergency and can't come till tomorrow! So I'm being told that someone else's emergency is more important than mine and that I need to take another day off of work if I want their services and they would not give any discount for this huge inconvenience. My wife and I haven't been able to use our toilets or showers for 3 days now and the best they can do is say sorry, someone else had an emergency so we canceled your appointment and now you need to take another day off of work and wait till tomorrow for the same price?!? This place is a backyard business. Don't trust your home with businesses like this. Find someone who appreciates your problem and your business... don't know about the Robin, but they are definitely HOOD! YES I'M UTTERLY FRUSTRATED AND MAD AND AFTER 3 DAYS OF DEALING WITH THEM STILL HAVE PLUMB ING ISSUES! GREAT JOB!

Need a plumber??? Call Jeremy at Rob N Hood Plumbing. This guy was awesome, and Kelly at the office, stayed right on top of ordering the special part and letting me know when it was in. They provided me with a free estimate and arrived as scheduled. Everything is working great now. Jeremy is honest, knowledgeable, quick, polite, and thoughtful. Not often do you find such a quality repair person. I have had a variety of plumbers over the years, most ok, but not memorable. Jeremy is my plumber from now on. What a nice guy.
