I just had a couple guys fron Bertolino's over to check a leak from an upstairs bathroom, Tony and Jason. First, they were on time. Second, they were courteous. I had this big idea that they would have to cut into a wall or the dining room ceiling to see what was going on. I know nothing about plumbing. But these two deducted that my problem was water on the floor from my kid not closing the shower curtain well enough while showering. They showed me where they thought the water was going right next to the tub. They could have totally taken advantage of the situation and cut Into the wall and charged me more,but they didn't. I will definately call them again, they gained my trust by being honest.

I called Rob to come out in the Winter of 2011 to convert some old washer/drier connections to the new standard. He told me the job would only take a few hours and it'd be done. Three hours later he was finished without ever having to go under the house. He hands me the bill and it's a whopping $2000. I was taken aback by how he figured he could charge this much. This was partly my fault for not receiving a quote beforehand but his predatory billing scheme is a sign of the kind of business he runs. I kept the refrigerator magnet he gave so that I could recommend my friends and family not use him.

Wonderful service at a reasonable price. They warranty their work. My husband and I have every confidence in them. When we fully renovate our master bath we'll be calling them to be sure the plumbing portion of the job is done right.

Responsive office, and quick service! Issue wasn't overly complex but there were a couple of gotchas that would have bitten me as a DIY. Tony was very personable, knowledgeable, and even gave a tutorial as he worked. Will definitely be my first call next time we have an issue.
