OK, so normally all you care about with a water company is that the water comes on, tastes good etc. Me too. Although as a car wash owner I use a lot more water than most people.

Last Friday afternoon my main incoming water line failed. Casey Roats came right out and we determined the problem was between the meter and my building...meaning it is my problem.

He connected the wash up to a fire hydrant, loaning me the equipment to do so. Over the course of the repair he loaned me a compacter, brought a hammer on Cat tractor to break up some rock, swapped out a faulty fire hose, helped with a back flow device issue once it was repaired and generally helped in every way.

The loaning of equipment, direct help by him and his coworkers, advice and everything was so far beyond the call of duty I don't know what to say.
