We've had a great experience with Roark Plumbing; prompt, helpful and he has gone above and beyond. We're in the middle of a bathroom re-model and Micha was here next day, keeping us on schedule. He advised my husband on plumbing, repairs and maintenance and lessons learned from his own recent bathroom remodel. Very knowledgeable.

Although these guys did a great job with my repair their customer service sucks!! They were hours late outside the window expected. I also did not get the free pie that they are so very proud of promoting. When I called back to inquire about the pie they dismissed me and said someone would call me back... which never happened. The tech pointed out additional services that would be beneficial for me in the future. I will find another plumber to do this work I guess.

Update: Was never quoted 50% off at any time. If this was the case the idiot who answered my inquiry could have explained this & I wouldn't have felt the need to post. However I was told I'd get a call back & never heard anything!!!

The plumber used sharpie to mark every appliance I had with name/number!! Annoying!
Should have been told you were doing this Bloomington customer a favor of staying in her home. Of which I was in no danger of not.
Gas had been turned off 24 hours prior to arrival. I had several options. I've since hired quality, reliable & trustworthy plumber to do more work. I now know why you were the only available last moment option!


Do not waste your time. There's a reason why these people need to give pies to compensate! The response below show what kind of horrible customer experience you can expect from this business.

I called after hours for a water leak issue - Micah got back to me right away. He and DJ showed up right on time and were friendly, professional and fixed the leak. Reliable and reasonably priced - wow - great experience! Saved us a lot of time and headache attempting to fumble with repair ourselves. Call Roark - ask for Micah!
