Nice guys honestly tried to help find the noise in my pipes. They tried a few times sadly it was a hard find. I wound up going somewhere else and they found it. I would recommend them based on the way I saw that they really did try.

I had an issue with our outside faucet from the winter, and the first person I text with any plumping need, is always John King. On multiple occasions John has walked me through the repair, and if he cannot, his team is on time and quick to finish the project. Importantly, John's team gave me options to fix the outside faucet, saving me money in the process. We've been using John King for 5 years now, worth speaking with John before anyone else in my opinion.

I had really bad thing happen to the pipe from the wall to my toilet, it broke off because I tightened it much due to a leak from the shut off valve. I called Roan & King and within 5 mins of my call, they called me back and said they were enroute, super fast response! When they arrived, they checked out the damaged area and immediately told me how they can fix it, on top of that, they inspected my whole house water filter which was in its last leg and replaced that too! This is the third time I used these guys for different projects and each time, class acts!! Paul and Joey were AWESOME, they really work well together!!

My husband and I had a problem with out kitchen sink and basement sink. We were able to get a quote over the phone (which was great because apparently most plumbers charge around $50 to come out and look at the problem/assess for a quote).

We got an appointment the next day.

We were charged what they quoted us over the phone. Two men showed up, not only on time, but early, which was great because we had a morning appointment and were able to proceed about out day as usual, without waiting around for them.

They fixed our issue within 20 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves (whatever wrappings/trash from opening supplies) and didn't leave any handprints. They were courteous and polite. I will hire them again.

Joe and Paul arrived on time and were very polite and organized.Quickly diagnosed our problem and installed an appropriate replacement bathroom faucet. It looks great and appears to be working well. They also diagnosed and fixed a long standing problem we had with another faucet.
We have been customers of Roan and King for over 20 years, and have always been completely satisfied with their fees and their service.

I had a problem with an outside water pipe dripping, left a message with the office, heard from John within an hour with an appointment window. Paul came to the house, was very thorough and helpful. He diagnosed the situation, recommended a quick and effective remedy and long-term care. Problem solved, and Roan and King is now my go-to plumbing expert.
