Road Runner Plumbing mowed down (and killed) my neighbors dog right before her eyes, and did not stop to even apologize. The dog owner called and spoke with the owner who was a complete jerk to her. Although it was on a busy road and was a complete accident, the shocking behavior of killing a dog and not even stopping to apologize to the woman who witnessed the violent death is unspeakable. The rudeness of the owner is beyond belief and this company should be avoided unless you want to support heartless inhumane people. His only concern was to tell her he is ""not liable"" for a lawsuit, and she told him that she is not looking for a lawsuit but instead an apology, and to let the owner know what happened. The owner in fact knew all about it and still remains unapologetic and rude to a heartbroken family.

Clearly the drivers need to watch where they are going. They killed an innocent 10 month old puppy and did not even stop after they hit him. They are not taking responsibility nor did they even apologize.

Terrible company. Someone driving there truck hit and killed my friends 10 month old puppy and he didn't stop or apologize. We called the company and the manager of the San luis obispo county region answered and said that they are not responsible or they dont owe them anything. All she wanted was an apology and they didn't even give her that. No closure no respect. Terrible company and manager.

Called roadrunner on Monday after Thanksgiving weekend. They they replaced our water heater by the next day. Grateful for their fare and competent service.

Water to my kitchen sink was at a slow drip. Roadrunner showed up the next day, told us it would be a long 3-4 job and that the water would be off a lot, well, they had a workaround and the water was only off on the last day for maybe 3 hours.

Each day they were here, got what they could get done, and left without a mess or too much coming in and out.

All three of the men were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and even fixed (and added) outback/front water spouts.

The water has been flowing better than ever and we could not be happier with their service.

They did a whole house repipe (got rid of the galvanized pipe and put in brand new copper piping) in a total of 12 hours or less, plus the adding and replacing of our decrepit outdoor spouts.

If you need some plumbers who get the work done fast and right, you should for sure consider these dudes.

We discovered our water heater went out on Sunday evening. We called them Monday morning, they got a plumber to our house by 11am, old water heater hauled off, larger new water heater installed and functioning by 2:00pm. Great service, went the extra mile. Fair price! Highly recommend!

Road Runner plumbing just completed work at our kitchen sink and in two bathrooms. Kevin was very nice to work with and took care of the kitchen problem immediately. The bathroom showers needed parts that were not available locally. Kevin took care of ordering them, kept in touch with me about the price and estimated arrival, and had the new equipment installed the day after it arrived. His employee, John, did most of the work at the house. John is an excellent worker, very pleasant and efficient, kept me informed, and left the workspace better than he found it!! Recommend this company and particularly John? very highly.

We used Roadrunner Plumbing as a part of a team doing a bathroom remodel. Kevin was on time and did a perfect job. This weekend we developed a kitchen sink stoppage and called Roadrunner first thing Monday morning. Kevin had someone over in less than an hour and he and his assistant worked on the problem for three hours solving one problem after another. They are superb, simply the best.
