Established in September 2010, we have focused on heating, cooling, radiant floors, duct cleaning, ductless mini-split systems from Mitsubishi, and plumbing. Our services include complete drain cleaning with sewer snakes and advanced hydro jetting technology. We have achieved the highest Diamond Contractor Elite rating from Mitsubishi Heating & Cooling. We provide state-of-the-art heating, cooling, and plumbing installations. In 2016, we expanded our offerings to include radon mitigation and measurement services.
Starting at 18 in 1988, Derek entered the air conditioning and heating field and has since worked in HVAC&R throughout South Carolina, Texas, and New Mexico in residential, industrial, and commercial environments. In 2003, he started his first successful business before launching a second company that he fully owns in 2010. The business has seen consistent growth since then. The owner continually seeks ways to enhance Roadrunner's excellence for clients through improved warranties, superior service, and enhanced training for employees and owners.

David S.Made an appointment on 11/22/22 at 10:30 AM. Made this on 11/18/22. Called at 11:00 AM - told runninig late, called at 12L00PM still late. Rescheduled for 3:00PM - 5:00PM Call at 4:00PM message box full hang up. Never showed or contacted me. I used before they were OK. Wasted an entire day.
Replaced our entire sewer system.. very professional.. friendly.. stayed on track.. absolutely would recommend to everyone!! Thank you all!!
Our water heater was leaking and Gabby and Andy of Affordable Plumbing
came from Las Cruces to replace our tankless water heater.
They brought a new tankless water heater with them and installed it quickly.

Called them twice. First time they showed up, found a leak and fixed it; or at least it appeared that way. Second time found another leak in the same place; called before noon on Friday and never heard from anyone after that. Called again on Saturday; nothing but getting ignored and lied to; myself, my caregiver and my caregiver's son who came over to help and dug in the mud for 2 hours, found the leak and marked it. After my caregiver tried for almost 2 hours on Sunday, the 'ACTING SUPERVISOR' finally called her back and eventually showed up at my house. He looked in the hole, said this was all the watering system - which has been broken for years because my husband is in a facility - and said they don't do watering systems. I even check to see that it was a main pipe or anything. I kicked his ass off of my property and told him to not come back and that I would call a plumber who would actually do what they say without all of the lies, no call backs, etc. On Saturday, the ""ACTING SUPERVISOR"" of Sunday's fame, said that he had to talk to his supervisor and then he never bothered to get back with me. If this is the way they treat customers, why would you want to do business with them?
The receptionist was kind and understanding and kept updated on status
of when Chuckie and Devon would arrive and our home April 5 2022.
Chuckie and Devon were good listeners and quite knowledgeable plus being
quite quick in finding out where the problem was located. Took few more
minutes of their time to clean up and double check that everything was clear
and working properly before they left. Extra time and caring is always
noticed. The invoice was generated on the spot. I paid them. This is a

If I could give no stars, I would. Gave a crap diagnosis of problem without throughly checking everything on elderly parents house. Estimate for most invasive repair, which had we gone with them, would not have taken care of the problem and would have been money waisted. Or more money in their pocket, depending on how you look at it. There is nothing affordable about that! I am not a plumber, but I am a homeowner, and I do have some basic knowledge to know that what my mother described as their diagnosis seemed off based on what they looked at. When I called out of concern for my mother, he actually argued with me about where to look for the problem and threatened me with more charges to come back and investigate further. Was rude when I questioned him. Will never use or refer again. Found an awesome plumber that investigated fully on first visit. Diagnosised problem that did not involve cutting into slab! Problem fixed and was exactly where suspected it was, in the wall and not the slab! Although that could have been the issue, thankfully, it was not, and had they checked everything and not made a snap judgment, they might have kept a customers loyalty. My mother had used them in the past and had to have them come out multiple times at her expense for the same issues? I am wondering if this is a pattern of behavior. Who knows, but beware!!! Educate yourself on what to look for! If something seems off, always get a second opinion so you don't throw good money after bad!
Terri B.I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. I called to make sure they were coming. By 10:26, they still hadn't come so I called back. They said they had an emergency call, so I asked why they didn't call me to let me know. I was upset and they became indignant with me, hung up. The nerve of them. Rude staff and customer service. I now see by other reviews that they are always like this. They don't respect their customers time.
Water was on my garage floor and kitchen floor. I called Affordable Plumbing. I paid the first guy $75. A week later I had the exact same problem. I called Affordable Plumbing. They came 2 days later even though they promised 2 hours. I paid this technician $85. A week later the garage floor is flooded and so is my kitchen floor. I called Affordable Plumbing again. Today is Thursday. He said he'd send someone out Saturday!!! WHAT? I will NEVER EVER USE AFFORDABLE PLUMBING again!!! They are unprofessional, late, and don't seem to know what they are doing! Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money! This company is absolutely NOT WORTH A DIME!
Tammy O.We contracted with Affordable Plumbing to install a new heating and air conditioning system in December. Appointments were made and rarely kept. Now it has been more than three weeks since the electrical work for the A/C was finished and we are still waiting for the installation to be completed. When my daughter got a new system from another company, they only took two days to install the furnace and A/C.
Called to make an appointment for a leaky water heater, they gave me a date and time, I planned my day around this appointment, canceling and rescheduling things that I needed to do that day. The appointment time was 3:00 pm, I waited and waited until 3:45 and then called to see where they were, the lady who answered the phone told me she didn't know where they were and I asked if she could find out what the heck was going on and she said that she didn't understand why I was angry, to which I said why make appointments if you can't keep them, she told me to find someone else and hung up on me! So I did, and I will never recommend this business to anyone!
