I live out of state and have property in Las Cruces, the property started having plumbing issues and had it serviced by another company, that experience was the worst, didn't do a good job and didn't repair correctly. The property needed service again and I found Lucero and have used them twice now, night and day difference, they're great! Honest, dependable, prompt and profession!

We called Lucero & Sons to work on a vacant property that was a mess. We needed toilets and a vanity replaced , a new water heater, and plumbing repairs.
Unlike another plumber in town, they showed up on time, gave us a real quote for the work to be done, (no ""and more if we don't know what we're looking at"") did the work on time, perfectly, and at the price quoted. The price was very reasonable for the work done.
I can't give them enough stars for our opinion of them. We'll use them from now on whenever we need a plumber!

I have used roto since I moved here 8 yrs ago, they were always ok reasonably priced. had them the other day fix the faucets in one bath and replace dripping in shower, it took 2 times to solve problem. he was there about an hour for both daysI, the price was almost $350. When I called office to see if I had missed something office girl was rude and didn't care. Please check reviews first. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

Anthony showed up on time yesterday to change out my kitchen faucet. Because of my current sink and the faucet I chose, I needed to buy a new sink which I really needed anyway. So yesterday he cut out the old faucet which wasn't easy and replaced my old valves and water lines. Today he had to remove the old sink, cut the opening a little bigger to fit the new, drop in sink and finish it off. He worked fast and I am extremely happy with the new sink/faucet combo. I highly recommend. Parts and labor came to $285.00 which I was glad to pay to not have to do this myself which was not going to happen! Worth every penny.

We were without water for 3 days due to a leak under the house going to our kitchen sink. Called a few places and they didn't have openings until later in the month. Roto-Rooter, Anthony, came out that day! He took a look as told me that he had to bring a helper to get into the tight crawlspace (I don't blame him, it was tight for my son and I).

Scheduled me for the next morning. They came and got to work. Tyler was awesome! He got dirty from crawling under the house but got the work done in no time at all.

Very happy they were able to come out so quickly after my home warranty failed to get their contractors out over the holiday weekend.

I have a house in awful condition. A bathroom sink, a kitchen sink, and a laundry room were all badly plugged. Anthony Benavidez arrived a few minutes before the scheduled 8:30 arrival. The back bathroom lavatory drain was a REAL challenge. Anthony kept after it and 4 tries he got it open.

If I could give you half a star I would.

We rent from a rental company and they use them to replace things. Unfortunately Roto Rooter is terrible.

They tell you they'll show up between a window and then they don't come during the window they come after the window. Sadly then when I tell them that they need to work with me on a certain time schedule she goes oh well I don't know we'll see what we can do. Do you have to leave by the time you said ??

Are you kidding me that's the time I told you that when you need to be here and be done by.

And then they come out they get frustrated because I ask him to use the door closest to the project area to avoid freaking out and already terrified pet and they tell me that they have to come back because even though they've already been here once before they don't know what stuff they need.

So they leave with the intention of coming back and then they come back a few minutes later and tell me by the way I need the entire area around it clean and move and nothing in it nothing under the sink nothing around the sink nothing on the sink.

You could have said this when the appointment was made or when they called to say they were on the way.

All this headache and frustration to replace just the faucet part.


Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Update; their installation failed inspection by the county inspector! Roto Rooter must get business only because of their name and advertising. If anyone were to read their horrible reviews, they wouldn't get any business.

Workers have no clue what they are doing. Claimed a piece of plastic was a reset switch. Didn't try any troubleshooting. Find another company because this one is terrible!!!

Highly recommend Brandon, he did a great job at fixing our shower. We will use him again for sure.
