My water heater was leaking and I needed assistance fast. I was able to get a quote from another plumbing company which my home warranty contracted with. My warranty was covering most of the charges but the company that originally went out, wanted to charge me all these little fees on top of what my warranty was going to pay them. I called around to see if I could get other quotes and got the run around. I was able to speak to Affordable Plumbing and they were quick with coming out and quoting me. They were honest with the cost and did not overcharge me. They were quick to replace my water heater and the staff that came out was professional and respectful. I was completely happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

A bunch of liars. Technician came out and told me he was supposed to clean the pilot and said he didn't but it should be good because he reset it. He said if the water heater didn't work to call him as they were open 24/7. I called several times for the next two days because I had to hot water and nobody answered. Finally made contact and was told they would be out by 7 pm. By 730 nobody showed up and I called again and all I got was lip service and told a technician would be at my home by 730-8. Had to call off work and here it is 908 and still no technician. Called and was told they would be here in ten minutes that was 12 minutes ago and still nobody is here.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AFFORDABLE PLUMBING IF YOU NEED PLUMBING SERVICES ON A MOBILE HOME. They do not carry mobile home parts and charge for the drive time to get parts they do not have. I specifically let Kalen know it was a mobile home since the beginning and asked to talk to plumber before he came so we could explain the issue to him and the part that was needed. That did not happen. Had she told me they do not carry mobile home parts and they charge for drive time to supply store I would have hired someone else. Seth was respectful and quick to issue at hand. He was here for almost 30 minutes then went for parts. It took him another 20 minutes to replace the fitting the pipe needed. I was charged for 2 hours. Kalen was rude, argumentative, and very unprofessional while I talked to her about being told by plumber that there was no charge for driving time before he left for the part (pex reducer) which was about $8. Kalen threatened that phone call had been recorded which did not worry me one bit. I had to call back to request my invoice again because she was so distracted with background noise she did not get my email right the first time.

Gaby is wonderful. Affordable Plumbing and their employees go way beyond the norm. The cost was half what a nationally known plumbing company was going to charge me. Gaby was on time and most of all he was kind. They installed a dishwasher that Lowe's installers had told me was not up to code which was not right. It just was a different system than they were used to. Affordable plumbing understood the system had no problem with it and was able to install the dishwasher with no issues that along with my gas range. I'm giving them more business because now I trust them. They will always be my ""go to"" plumbing company.

When emptying a bucket, I accidently flushed a sizeable cloth rag down the toilet. I called Affordable. Their plumber, Chucky, came out and ran a snake down through the toilet, then offered to run a camera through the main line, making certain that the rag had entered the city mainline. It had, and, at my request, Chucky let me view the camera monitor. Doing so, introduced me to the ""mysteries"" of our sewer. Chucky was informative, friendly, and efficient. The cost was reasonable. I recommend Affordable if you ever have a plumbing issue.

Our toilet intake hose busted this morning called they were out here at 3:00pm fast quick repair. The service person ""Chucky"" is the best we have ever had very knowledgeable and polite.
Thank you

Called them twice. First time they showed up, found a leak and fixed it; or at least it appeared that way. Second time found another leak in the same place; called before noon on Friday and never heard from anyone after that. Called again on Saturday; nothing but getting ignored and lied to; myself, my caregiver and my caregiver's son who came over to help and dug in the mud for 2 hours, found the leak and marked it. After my caregiver tried for almost 2 hours on Sunday, the 'ACTING SUPERVISOR' finally called her back and eventually showed up at my house. He looked in the hole, said this was all the watering system - which has been broken for years because my husband is in a facility - and said they don't do watering systems. I even check to see that it was a main pipe or anything. I kicked his ass off of my property and told him to not come back and that I would call a plumber who would actually do what they say without all of the lies, no call backs, etc. On Saturday, the ""ACTING SUPERVISOR"" of Sunday's fame, said that he had to talk to his supervisor and then he never bothered to get back with me. If this is the way they treat customers, why would you want to do business with them?
