Tiles for the shower walls, bench, niche and curb were chipped when cut. Will, the project manager, said they would be covered when grouted. That was not true. Linear floor drain was to be removable but was grouted in. Solution was to remove grout with a box cutter that left the area around the drain look like it was gnawed instead of cut with a tool. The shower head had 3 settings 2 of them were little more than a trickle. The sink faucet was not tightened to the counter. The painter put 2 divots into my walls. If I didn't see him do it they wouldn't have repaired them. They did patch the divots but I know where they are so I see them every time I walk by. Be very careful with Rickey, the project estimator and Will. Both will tell you what you want to hear and not deliver. RNR had decent reviews but now every time I walk into the bathroom I am reminded of the shoddy work that was done. My mistake was to pay them before the job was complete. Keep a close eye on your job.

I drew my own plans on sketch paper, not even graph paper. Rickey and Kristi came to my house. We discussed the entire kitchen project which was a full renovation. I also had many other things outside of the kitchen area. RNR were easy to communicate and collaborate with. They executed my drawings to a T, showed up every day and got me back in my house when they said they would. Their crews were friendly, hard working and easy to deal with. I will count on RNR to do any projects I have in the future. There work is top quality. They are worth the wait to get on the schedule.

Rickey Greer, Co-Owner of RNR Home Improvements, and another employee came to a house I was purchasing to provide an estimate for plumbing work I needed done, including replumbing the entire house. I received a written estimate the following day for $12,820, but I had some follow-up questions so I emailed both Rickey and the other employee, as well as cc'ing the other co-owner, Will Hudson, on Wednesday, March 16th. When I did not receive any response to that email, I emailed again on Monday, March 21st, and this time also inquired about a possible start date on the project. When I didn't receive any response to that email either, my wife telephoned on Thursday, March 24th, and left a voicemail message on the contact phone number listed for the business on their website (610-291-3799). It is now Monday afternoon, March 28th, and we still have never received a response from any of our attempts to communicate with them over the past two weeks, either by phone or by email. I don't understand why they bothered to come out to the house in the first place and write up an estimate if they had no intention of following through on the project. If this is the quality of their communication with clients when they're seeking business, I can only imagine what it would be like once a contract has been signed and they have their (your) money. I will not be attempting to contact them again. And I suggest that you not bother attempting to contact them either.
