Ronnie replaced my commercial hot water heater for a reasonable price. His communication is excellent. He's on time, professional and knowledgable. I immediately hired him to do a second batch of work which included boiler repair, duct work and retiling a shower wall. He has a broad base of expertise and I plan to use him for everything from now on!

I rarely have to deal with plumbing issues, and VERY rarely recommend people or businesses on here, but Mr. Sanchez did an amazing job on repairing a cracked sewage line in my bathroom, last minute notice and an emergency situation.

I contacted him at about 6AM and he was on site within minutes.

I prefer to use local contractors for any and all home repair or upgrade services and this man, Mr. Sanchez is old world amazing.

Figured out what the issues were, grabbed the materials required and repaired the damaged line within a few hours, well below what he'd originally determined.

Not only does he do plumbing (Amazing, honest guy) but he does other repair services as well. (Ask him, I don't know the details)

I HIGHLY recommend this gentleman, as he is professional, polite, honest, ethical, fair priced and upfront about any and all costs and needs.

This is definitely the guy I will have assisting in future home renovations. Just the best!

Mr Sanchez was very resourceful and knowledgeable when our water heater stopped working during a snow storm. He came out late in the day to help us out and persevered until he found a solution to that as well as another plumbing issue that I mentioned to him at the last minute. He is personable and very accommodating. We will definitely call RNR again!
