We recently had a slab leak and our home warranty had sent out a plumber to assess the damage. However, after the assessment, we didn't hear anything from them regarding the cost of the damage and when they would able to come back to fix it. We were so frustrated with that plumbing company which we decided to call a different company. I'm glad we found RNA Plumbing. They were very quick in response and punctual. They were able to come and fixed the problem. Rafael and Abe are amazing and honest people. The scope of work they provided were very clear and detail. Rafael provided options on to fix that slab leak by rerouting the pipes of that section or the entire house. We decided to reroute all water line of the house. Their quote was very clear and the price was reasonable. Rafael and his team were very professional when it comes to communication and timing. The team often updated us the plan. They were also very on time everyday for the entire week of work. Not just that, they ensured the work area was clean after they were done with their work. Overall, I would definitely reach out to RNA Plumbing again if I have other plumbing issues. I have also referred them to all my coworkers, friends, and family knowing that they are in good hands when it comes to plumbing.

I experienced our third slab leak since 2008 but this was by far our worst of them all. RNA Plumbing came out and evaluated the problem. Once the location of the the slab leak was detected, Abram and Rafael went to work. They removed all of the copper pipe out of the slab and re-routed them through the walls and ceiling. They did an exceptional job at ensuring that the job was done right. Their attention to detail made it feel like this was their own house that they were working on. I had RNA Plumbing come out to install a 80 gallon Rheem Smart Electric Hybrid water heater to replace a 40 gallon gas water heater that started leaking. RNA installed the unit professionally, along with a pressure expansion tank, circulation pump and replaced my old water pressure regulator. They did great work and I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.
