My landlord send a former plumber who said our gas line was fine even though we weren't getting any gas, but we called Rene and he was determined to find the issue and got to work immediately!

He found that there was water in our gas line, showed me the issue, and came over the next morning to start working right away. The job was done in one day!!

Rene and his team were very quick, efficient , and empathetic that we were without gas for 10 days.

Our toilet flooded on Christmas Eve. We messaged RN plumbing and rooter on Christmas Day and without a doubt they showed up and fixed it. We were so worried no one would come and service us, but RN plumbing did and we're so grateful.

Christmas Eve with out of town guests. Possibly the worst time to have a backed up toilet on the verge of overflowing. To our surprise, Rene came to the rescue!

I called at least 10 plumbers here on Yelp around 4:00 PM... none were answering or returning calls. We have an older house with recurring issues and have not had the best luck with plumbers over the years. When I called RN plumbing, I was on the verge of giving up and just accepting a ""crappy"" situation. To my surprise, I got a live human, Rene! He said he wasn't taking any more calls for the day but he would reach out to a colleague and have him call us. He then asked me to text my address. After a few minutes he called back and said his buddy couldn't make it because we don't have a cleanout, but he would come himself. Within 20 minutes, Rene shows up and gets to work. While he's working, he tells me his father is in the ICU. I couldn't believe it, on Christmas Eve no less! This man is a saint! Integrity, diligence and courteous professionalism all rolled up in one guy. To top it all off, he gave us a real good price despite having to remove the toilet to snake and doing all this on Christmas Eve. We will absolutely hire him from here on out and I can't rave any more emphatically to recommend this service! Thank you Rene, from my whole family!
