TL;TR 100% Recommend due to being professional, honest, transparent, family-owned, and they had the proper equipment while another plumber who responded at the same time did not have the correct equipment. Remember it may seem easy but it is because they know what they are doing.

Main story: We had contacted many plumbers on a Saturday weekend at a busy commercial complex only a few plumbers responded, and RN Plumbing was one of them. Other plumbers initially responded with a quote of over $600 without even asking any in-depth question. RN Plumbing responded with good question that pertains to the issue and they gave us a base price of a standard rooting. The price they quoted us seem reasonable, so we move forwarded with them responding. When they arrive they were very professional and transparent. They did NOT up sell us for any services that we do not need, and they were very friendly. This is most defiantly a family-owned business and I can strongly confirm that they deserve every dollar that I paid. As RN Plumbing say ""HONEST TRADE HEARTBEAT AWAY"" -RN.

I spoke to Renee over the phone and let him know that I was having some issues with my toilet not flushing and water coming out the base . He was at my home within the hour . He explained everything he was going to do and his pricing . He answered all of my questions and did an amazing job fixing our toilet. His prices are very affordable he is a very honest man . We had clogged drains in our shower and kitchen sink. Stuff from the kitchen sink would come out in our bathtub it was a serious issue for us. We called out one of the big companies and felt as if the price they quoted was outrageous. The big company wanted us to fix many other non essential things. We went for a second opinion and found RN Plumbing. I 100% will recommend them to family and friends. They are based is San Bernardino but they came out to us in Chino.

Needed emergency services for a backed up sewer line caused by a tenant's misuse of their toilet (they were flushing wipes!) Rene answered the call and provided clear expectations regarding timing and potential costs. When on site, he was able to clear the blockage, and went above and beyond by running down and through multiple stacks to make sure that the lines were all cleared. He also made sure to provide photos of his findings. I have saved his number for future use!

Oh m gosh My pipe on my main water valve snapped off due to a heavy object dropping on it, which meant no water at all in the house. This is Friday evening about 5:00pm. I started calling plumbers & some of the unprofessional attitude of the companies were ridiculous. Some 24 hr companies wanted to charge 150 extra because it was 5:00, really! I contacted RN & was ready for another let down honestly but Rene answered & said he could be there in a couple of hours. He showed up when he said with a smile & said no problem I can take care of it and he did. He was so nice, I truly appreciated him for that.
