I used this business twice and I am impressed with the professionalism, being friendly, and quickness from Rene. And he do really know what he is doing and is able to fix quickly related to my plumbing issues at my house as a new homeowner. He was able to get my water heater working and running again by replacing the parts and he quickly detected the problem when I decided to call him for second time after noticing my water bill being high and I need a honest person to assess what's wrong with this high water bill and he quickly discovered the problem in the toilet and fixed it right away for a reasonable rate. I will recommend him to anyone who need plumbing issues to be done at their residences.

Our home has 2x commercial-type exterior gas-fueled heating appliances that had some gas leaks, after some guests complained of a gaseous scent ruminating from their gas lines. A couple of hours later, we has SoCal gas co. out in the middle of the night in order to survey the gas leaks and ultimately shut them off until we could have a gas technician come out to resolve the issue. So, I decided to get some estimates from local businesses that would be able to quickly and properly fix the issue. I was going to go with All City Electric when they called me back to lmk that they only work on water heating appliances but not appliances that aren't part of the home's central gas line, although the source of our gas fueled heaters are indeed coming from central gas line to the house. As a result, the search continued and that's when I came upon RN Plumbing & Rooter on Angi.com off Google search results. After requesting an online quote, I immediately received a phone call from Renee, who kindly told me he and his partner, Gilbert, would be able to quickly stop by same day on short notice to give us a fair and adequate estimated quote. I had no idea what exactly was going on, other than the fact that there were a couple gas leaks and the SoCal gas co. shut off the external backyard pipeline gas source to the heaters around Jun-Jul, just a few mos earlier. He reassured me that he would give us a thorough evaluation so that any issues that may have led to the issue at hand would be assessed completely. A couple hours later, Renee and Gilbert showed up, on time, as promised, & they gave me a fair estimate, realistic timeline of subsequent repair needs (incl. parts+labor), & scheduled the follow-up appt for repairs promptly for the following day around noon. These guys are quite a dynamic duo- they are QUICK, EFFICIENT, STRAIGHTFWD &, MOST importantly, HONEST!! I seriously value honesty when it comes to home repairs and associated handy-people work needs around the house bc you never know who you're going to get, even when they may have amazing reviews that're sometimes not so objective or unbiased!
First thing Renee assured me was that 'regardless of residence location or homeowners' salaries based off the neighborhood locale (e.g, regardless of class/financial comfort), he and Gilbert ALWAYS offer FAIR rates across the board bc they truly DO CARE about their customers and are looking to create a rapport with their clients long term and build their business based-on feedback reviews & word-of-mouth advertisements. In all seriousness, I rarely write reviews on yelp or in general but I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful these two men were from start to finish and they can be sure that I will be spreading the word on their services to all my associated communities and networking affiliates throughout the Inland Empire region. They treat your home as if it was their own and even insisted on accessing the appliances that needed to be repaired by going the long way around through our backyard entrance gate simply to maintain cleanliness and order inside the home. They are nice and sociable individuals and when asked for a ladder to confirm repairs were completed adequately, Gilbert was nice enough to take over so I didn't have to carry it out on my own. I hold no reservations in HIGHLY RECOMMENDING RENEE & GILBERT with RN PLUMBING & ROOTERS for all your home repair/gas leak/general plumbing & rooting needs and vouch for their level of expertise and experience as Renee reassured me that they both worked in the field for many years with well-known, top-rated, highly-ranked businesses within the general field of plumbing & repairs, [-... many of which he named for me may be easily found+recognized, if you just spend a few minutes searching for similar businesses here on YELP...-] prior to branching off independently & I assure you they not only compare in their high quality caliber of services provided in addition to their expertise level based on cumulative home repair experience BUT EASILY OUTCOMPETE their 5-star-matched local competitors in just about every category I was able to survey upon receiving their stellar vocational performance, especially with regards to their flexibility of services rendered and their subsequent cost/pricing range, & their dutiful sense of professionalism, which ultimately goes above & beyond the standard practices imparted by other similar local businesses; furthermore, my evaluation is justified by their persistence of upholding values that reflect a high degree of transparency well-above that of today's typical ma+pa shop &/or family-owned establishment- w/o foregoing friendly demeanor/falling short in equally important aspects of customer services commonplace to businesses solely focusing on mking$. After calling a couple of other well known companies which couldn't give me an appointment until next week, I gave RN Plumbing a call. Great service from the get go, very knowledgeable and affordable. Rene and his assistant are very reliable. They were on time, and got to work right away. Got it all done in about an hour and everything is draining real well. Very kind people, even offered to help dry the floor after they got all the work done. Would recommend 100% and will call again if needed. These guys are great!
