I have called Renee several times over the past couple of years and each time, even on the weekends, he responds quickly and goes to see if he can make the the repair asap. He is super reliable, honest, and quick! Definitely would recommend RN plumbing to anyone in SB County. He has replaced a water heater, fixed kitchen sink leak, repair leaking toilet, and replaced a blower on the HVAC. All has been great work.

My fiancé recently had a leak coming from his kitchen faucet..We called several plumbers in the area and we either got no answer & left voicemails with no response or were given an outrageous price over the phone without coming out..Luckily I found RN&Sons on Facebook Marketplace..Rene answered immediatly and they came out the same day..We had a new faucet put in plus they removed the garbage disposal and repiped under sink. They were fast and efficient with a great price ..so i had them come to my house in San Bernardino and they dug out leaky main water line from house to street and replaced it with new pipes.Again a great job & price ..once again i was so satisfied with their work i had them come out again the following week to replace the leaking sewer pipes under house.,repipe under kitchen sink & bath sink plus replace old toilet with a new one ,new hardware for sink and tub and they also added a much needed sewer line clean out access .they also installed a new water heater.... we (fiancé & I) plan to have them do further work on both our homes in the near future because they are honest,efficient and offer great service and prices!! I will always be greatful to them as Im a senior on a fixed income and got so much more then i expected.. you guys are awesome!!!

They were one of the only plumbers I could get to come to me same day on a Saturday. They figured out my plumbing issue and got my clog out in less than an hour for a super affordable price. I could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Making an appointment was quick and seamless. Rene called me right back after I spoke with the operator within 3 minutes. Rene had an opening the next day, which he and Enrique showed up for RIGHT on time.

Rene and Enrique seemed like down to earth folks. Rene gave me a competitive rate for my tankless water heater (which wasn't serviced since it was installed it seems), and while that was going on, they looked into a small leak that was occurring in my back yard. As the extent of the damage was unknown unless the pipes were exposed, Rene offered a decent quote to start with. Rene and Enrique resumed work immediately. After diagnosing the issue, Rene called me out to see what needed to be done. Seeing as how quickly Rene was working, I asked him to finish the job which he and Enrique did.

RN & Sons works quickly and operates with full transparency. Their attention to detail and friendliness is refreshing especially when considering how difficult it is to receive decent customer service. Rene makes it known that he wants to grow a strong base of loyal customers, which is reflected in his workmanship and his pricing. Needless to say, RN Plumbing will be the first call I make with ANY of my plumbing issues. Enrique & Rene, thanks for taking care of us! Until next time!
