On Friday, our shower & bathtub drain had waste water backing up when turning on the water, RMP had a next day availability and added us onto their schedule. The plumbing technician came, assessed the problem, pulled out tools from his truck and de-clogged the drain pipe very efficiently. Highly recommend RMP Plumbing

George from RMP Plumbing arrived at my house on time, and we diagnosed the problem with my washing machine's drain. He shot a couple of pressure shots down the drain pipe, and a subsequent test established that the drain was now free-flowing! I appreciate the prompt and qualified service of RMP Plumbing.

George with RPM Plumbing came out to install a garbage disposal that I had purchased (American Standard).

George was very precise, he inspected and evaluated everything before he started the install. Upon inspecting he let me know that one of the pipes should be replaced. He removed and disposed of the old garbage disposal, he was very organized, worked very clean and cleaned up everything when he completed the job.

Also, George was very professional and courteous. I would definitely request George for my next plumbing job.

The plumber who came was over an hour late to his 4 hour window. He was very inexperienced and did not even know what a cartridge was for a shower faucet. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Would not recommend RMP Plumbing.

Absolutely terrible experience. This company was sent to us through our home warranty (Choice, if you're considering them stay far away). We needed a drain clean out for a flooded sink. The plumber showed up forcing us to pay for additional services that were not necessary to solve our immediate problem (he insisted we had to pay $400 for a p-trap replacement in addition to the drain clean out). We ultimately agreed to replace the part as well since our sink was actively flooding, and he refused to do the drain clean out before replacing the parts. Plumber then said that he actually didn't have the parts, and since it was Friday he wouldn't be able to come back until Monday to fix it. He refused to do the drain clean out or do anything to help us before leaving. He left our sink disassembled, and RMP had the audacity to call and charge us a service fee for the visit. We had to call another plumber and pay out of pocket for the drain clean out - the other plumber immediately realized the urgency of the situation and agreed it needed to be resolved ASAP.
I'm shocked at the positive reviews for this company. We are new to choice home warranty and are realizing that they may be the root cause of the problem, but it seems they find companies like RMP to be complicit in their schemes. The fact that a plumber could walk in, see the state of our actively flooding sink, and completely refuse to do anything to help us as paying customers is insane. Stay far away.

Great service and awesome work. Quick response and same day service. He fix my shower and toilet. Told me exactly what he thought was needed after explaining what was wrong and then he came to do a diagnostic and it was exactly what he said. Always will be my go to plumber.

We bought a new oven and installed it ourselves, but something they don't tell you is to check the pipe placement behind the stove. Our stove was sticking out from the wall a good 3 inches and we needed a solution where the stove would sit flush with the wall.

We had several plumbers come by to quote us, but Filip from RMP Plumbing was the most knowledgeable and had the best quote. They were also super fast and had everything taken care of in one quick visit.

10/10, will definitely give them a call if I need plumbing again in the future.

We had been dealing with a clog for several days. It was simply fruit down the drain, but nothing would I unstop the sink. We tried a snake, drain-o, and a few other things from hardware stores. We scheduled a plumber that we found on Yelp and after waiting 4 hours after his scheduled time to show, we concluded he was not going to come. He simply just didn't show up after confirming the job via message and email.

I messaged RMP on Yelp on a Sunday and they showed up promptly the next day. Turns out, the issue was in the construction of our home. He was able to locate it, diagnose it immediately, and then told us to call our builder. RMP was correct, and now the builder will fix the issue as warranty.

The technician who came was very nice and informative. Although he couldn't fix the issue himself due to the builder installed seals on the drains, we appreciate his honestly, professionalism, and all the information he gave us to help with this situation. Thank you RMP - I highly recommend!
