Both mine and my neighbors valves at the water meter needed replacement. They were approaching 40 years old and we couldn't get either of them to the closed position. They wouldn't move. My neighbor contacted Rich on Wednesday and he was at our homes the next day. Not only was he on time but he was early.

I had estimates as high as $600.00 for this job. Rich did it for $300.00 each residence. He is knowledgeable, patient, personable and friendly.

I highly recommend Rich and plan to refer him to others as well as use him in the future for my plumbing needs.

Emergency gas leak. So even though we prefer to use local, we panicked, calling numerous ""emergency"" plumbers in the county area. Ocean arrived faster than any other emergency plumber we reached out to. Timmy was extremely knowledgeable and was able to locate the problem, offer immediate assistance, and provide a forecast as to what had to be done moving forward. Yesterday, Sunday December 28, right in the middle of the Giants game, my wife wants to know why it's all wet under the kitchen sink...I don't know, I didn't do it. I tried to fix it...I failed, nothing left to do but call a plumber, but who? Let me check out the Yelp reviews and that's where I found RMH Plumbing and let me tell you, I was glad I consulted Yelp, RMH had good reviews and you know why? He deserves them!

I called them at 7:30 AM on Monday, 30 minutes later he called back and said he could make it that day but not until the afternoon, that was fine with me. He was at my front door at 12:30 and was finished by 1:00, not bad at all!

Rich was nice, friendly and very neat in his work. Before he started he gave me a price, a price that I was pleased with. He also asked if we were having any other problems with the kitchen plumbing and even though I said no he assured me he'd check everything out. After he left I realized that he had pulled quite a bit of gunk out of the pipes at no extra charge, the sink drains so much quicker now.

I would recommend RMH Plumbing to anyone, all the other reviews mentioned how reasonable his prices are and I agree, even better so did my wife.

I've used Rich on two occasions for two different sump pump problems. He is quick, creative, competent, and inexpensive. On one occasion, I had two spare pumps there, but he heard the faulty pump humming and took it apart to find a large stone caught inside. Not the obvious solution, but the best and cheapest one. I strongly recommend him.

We've asked him to solve several other problems since, including drain cleaning and installing a new water heater. He's always prompt, clean, thorough, and inexpensive.

I was referred by my friend to RMH Plumber (Rich) to replace Gas Water Heater at my townhouse. Rich's price was very competitive and did excellent job as promised.
Job was done in Summer 2013.
The best part comes now. In December 2013, while inspecting property (after my tenant left) I noticed that township inspection was missing. I called Rich and left message telling him about ""no inspection"". I was not expecting any response as job was done 6 months back. To my surprise, Rich called me back in 30 min (at night during holiday period) to find out more details. He told me that he had submitted application to township and it should have been inspected. To cut the story short, we realized that inspection was not done as my tenant didn't tell me to call update township to setup appointment. Rich gave me permit number of application, and we got our inspection done without any issues.
I have hardly seen someone returning your call (after they had full payment) for inspection and helping you out, as if it's new business, to sort out issue in these days.
I would recommend and use Rich and RMH Plumbing for all my future needs..
