Paid another plumbing company to come out and tell me he didn't know where the leak was. Idiot. RMC was able to find the leak and repair it within an hour and a half. Thank you so much! I went a week without water for calling the wrong company. Always calling these guys!

They were able to get to me on the same day as I called. The 2 men who came out were professional, friendly and so helpful! I am always leary of calling service people into my home, because lets face it, we've all had "that" company that we regretted calling. I will always use these guys in the future. Reliable, friendly, on time, reasonable rates, quick to resolve my problem, what more could you want!

Get a written quote before they start and be sure to ask if the "plumbers" they send out are on commission. We ended up using AAA Auger... there was no charge to get a written estimate and all their plumbers are licensed, bonded and insured, and on salary only. AAA also actually had a printed price book for every service instead of "off the hip" pricing like most plumbers.

A two man crew came out to replace a broken toilet flange. I feared this would be an expensive repair but these guys knew immediately what to do. They quickly had this situation remedied and installed a new toilet for me. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Showed up 2 hours late. With filthy hands they opened every kitchen cabinet and used a mixing bowl I use for food as a bucket. Told me they would be working in the bedroom, well I guess they changed their mind and emptied the contents of my bathroom cabinets into the sinks and just covered the counter-tops. If you use them, don't leave them alone.
