Quality work, friendly and affordable. It was a pleasure talking with both of them while they were working.
They added a bypass and replaced a whole house water softener, snaked and acid flushed the drains.
Everything is flowing and working perfectly now.

We were doing a remodel and wanted to replace our water pipes and add a gas line for our stove. Ray and his crew did a remarkable job and the price was right. We had gotten a few other quotes and most seem to be on the high end. Ray and his crew were able to work side by side with our contractor without any issues. The thing we liked most was that he was able to thoroughly explain the process and how long it would take to complete the job.

Shower had low pressure. Called RMB, because of all the high ratings and availability on Sundays. Spoke to Ray (owner?)...did not provide a quote but I didn't ask.
Ray-informed me that he was going to send someone, between 10am-12pm. He's assistant (Jose), arrived by 12:30pm. Did not receive any notification of late arrival.
Jose-checked water pressure and basically needed to be cleaned and adjusted. Took about 5minutes
Was told that the charge for a Sunday visit was $200.00, guessing that it's a flat rate, for a non-emergency call.
Will probably use them again, when I start remodeling my bathrooms but will make sure I ask for a quote.

Ray is a disappearing breed of plumbers. He takes great pride is doing the job right the first time for a fair price. I've used him a couple of times working on our corroded fixtures and pipes. He doesn't give up, and finds the right way to fix the problem. I'd use him for any plumbing problem.

We were struggling with a ""mystery"" leak, meaning we saw no water damage anywhere but our water meter was spinning like a top and our water bill was sky high. Ray checked the entire home and then got us the ""leak detection specialist"" we needed to locate the source of the trouble. (Pinholes in soft copper piping in the kitchen.) Then, Ray and his men returned to spend a 9-hour day (!) jackhammering through our concrete slab. It was not an inexpensive fix, but Ray talked us through every step. Ray is knowledgable, down-to-earth and full of good humor. All these qualities led to a very gratifying and successful experience. A shout out to Jesse and Johnny, too!

Ray is fantastic!! My old water softener died and needed to be replaced. Ray was quick to respond and accommodate my schedule. When he arrived, we learned that the water softener that had been delivered had a crack in the cover. No problem for Ray...he took it back to Home Depot to exchange for another one. Then he found the correct installation solution (the original had not been installed correctly), did some re-plumbing, and I was up and running that day. In addition to being an amazing plumber, Ray is also a really great guy. I highly, highly recommend RMB Plumbing.

Very quick to respond and will work with you to figure out the best solution to your problem. With me, it was figuring out the parts needed for a new water softener installation. He is also very personable and outgoing.
The installation itself is solid and he made sure to explain the different pieces and things I should know whether that is maintenance or proper disposal procedures of the old softener.

Ray was extremely responsive. He came by to do a job that required cutting to into drywall to replace a part. He arrived with another person who he appeared to be teaching. From his interactions with his partner, it was clear Ray is extremely knowledgable about plumbing. I was very happy with the work they did.
