We had a leak from the pipe right below our main water shut off valve, so needless to say we needed it fixed urgently.

Ray arrived today afternoon as he said he would, and was instantly faced with a plumbing setup he hasn't seen before. I was worried he may not have a quick fix solution, and that this would end up being an expensive job.
Thankfully, he was able to find a part that would do the trick. He completed the repair promptly and made sure to inspect it in detail before leaving.

Excellent Service, Reliable, Honest. Mr Brown has replace my water heater, garbage disposal and repaired and replace some water pipes that were leaking and need tithing. RMB Plumbing came to our rescue again and as in the past, they quickly and efficiently handled our plumbing problem. Our water softener was leaking. We called Ray who came the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faculty valve, got us a replacement water softener and got it installed that same day. As always, Ray was great to work with and has that ""can do"" attitude which makes us confident that we are in good and capable hands.

Ray and Jose are a great team! Ray and I had quick and efficient communications during his pre-visit interaction. He thoroughly assessed the situation and discussed necessary work, then quickly addressed the problem (copper pipe fitting leak under the house).

On a previous plumbing issue I had a month ago. It took me trying to get 4 other plumbers to help me. I arrived at RMB Plumbing (Ray) who actually showed up!! Ray was professional, straight forward, problem/solution focused, fair, responsive. I ended up not needing that work performed, but Ray was my first/only call for my leak issues and I am so glad to have Ray be available to help.

We initially called RMB Plumbing for what we thought would be a simple faucet replacement which we was causing a minor leak. After Ray checked out the sink and pipes, he discovered more issues. We do live in an older property and the I believe the piping is original (mid-90s). I'm grateful that Ray was able to assess the issue and ended up replacing the pipes entirely (along with the faucet). I appreciate that he also explained to my husband what the issues were and why the work needed to be done. I'm already planning our next project with Ray (master bedroom sinks & replacing all our old toilets)!

*Also, it's worth mentioning I have 3 dogs in the house and he had no issues getting to know them

I noticed a leak in my first floor ceiling and got worried. We poked around and a gush of water came out. It was a weekend so I knew no one would come out. I called Ray and he gave me some directions on how to keep things at bay until he could come out. When he did come to take a look, he was on time and super nice. He put my mind at ease and we'll be working on the repairs. It's a bigger job than I anticipated but I feel comfortable working with Ray.

Raymond is such a considerate plumber. He talked my husband through the replacement of the hose within the kitchen faucet. Raymond helped us save the cost of having him or one of his plumbers come do the work themselves. He is generous. A true plumbing expert! We have called upon his services a number of times and he is fair in his cost and the work product is outstanding. He's just awesome!
