It is so nice to get a proffesional with immense knowledge of what he has at task, I had noticed a bursted outside water faucet early in the morning and went and called RMB plumbing and Raymond responded right away ,even though he needed to do a job 70 miles away he stopped by first and capped leak off , then came back to replace broken parts and fix my problem, not only is he courteous but very proffesional, I have now designated RMB to be our go to plumber for any other mishaps that may occur, oh yes and most importantly his prices are economically feasible , best prices in area, I would very much refer his business to all family and friends. Our front sewer line has roots that need a good snaking every year or so. To make this easier, a 2-way clean-out was suggested by a big box plumbing company. The required clean-out location was next to the house, about 24 inches deep in a 4 inch cast iron pipe, already ""X"" marked by a previous camera service.

For exactly the same clean-out installation labor + materials, I was quoted the following prices:

Aquatek: $2200
15 Sewer and drain: $1150
RMB: $675

Ray@RMB installed the 2-way cleanout for our house for under $700 when the big box guys wanted a lot more. Same quality work, same materials, very different prices.

Do yourself a favor and shop around when it comes to plumbing work. The big plumbing companies will charge whatever the market will bear.

I will not hesitate to use Ray again for plumbing work. Nice guy and a fair price.

I called a couple of plumbers on Saturday morning because the outside faucet leaked.
He was only person who answered my phone, came to my place right away and fixed it within one hour. Amazing!
I just moved in my place and didn't have no idea where the water shut off valve is when he came in, but he was very nice to me.
I will ask him to fix all the plumbing problems in the future.
I highly recommend him!

RMB Plumbing was quick to respond and asked for details on my toilet problem. My water tank wasn't filling up after a flush. After sending photos of the tank Ray was able to figure out that I needed a part replaced. He came out on a hot Saturday afternoon to fix my toilet. After assessing the fix was more complicated than he thought, he checked with me to make sure I wanted to move forward. He quickly fixed the problem. His quote was fair and reasonable considering the work, professionalism, and comparative rates around. I asked for a business card to pass along his information. The pipes connected to our wash basin in the garage was corroded and caused the treads to be rusted. We had difficulty installing a new pipe onto the old pipe, so I contacted RMB Plumbing and within the hour, Ray came. He installed new pipes.
