Carol D.I rarely write reviews but the service I received from Steffens is worth writing about. My heat broke on New Years Day - the 10 degree New Years Day - and Bob, was not only the only plumber to return my call but was at my home within a few hours and solved the problem. When the remote thermostat was still giving an incorrect reading, he went back to my house in the dark (I had to leave town) and checked it again. It has been so long since I've found someone with the professionalism and workmanship I received from Bob Steffens. I highly recommend him. And thank him again.
