Ricardo came right on time, did a great job installing our new fancy toilet with a Bidet. Cleaned everything afterwards and even hauled away the old toilet. Definitely would recommend his service to friends and family and will be using his service again!

He had overcharged me, but I didn't say anything at first because I thought I might have been mistaken. After he saw that I had given him a tip, he called back to say that he could reimburse me the extra money I had paid, but I said that he could keep it and I would contact him for services in the near future that he could use it towards. I reached out to him after a few months, and he ghosted me completely. So sad. Anyways, I cannot recommend now. Also, I discovered that 2 of the 4 locks he installed were installed upside down.

Ricardo has done four jobs for us, installing Midea window air conditioners (twice), installing porch shades, and some bathroom caulking and leaky faucet repairs. He's a very responsive, professional, and friendly contractor, has a broad skill set, and charges reasonable and competitive prices. He's definitely on my building's preferred vendors listing, we will hire him for more jobs in the future.

I submitted a quote via Yelp to multiple companys for replacement of some appliances that I had purchased new, but hadn't come with installation. Ricardo was one of the first to respond, and was able to come out that same day. Great communication, very friendly, and quality of work was fantastic. He even came back again the next day to help correct a little bit of wobbly-ness that we were experiencing with the dishwasher. We'll definitely be using Ricardo again for future appropriate jobs.
