Thank you RL Allen Plumbing for replacing our hot water heater so quickly. RosaLee, the office manager was very nice and pleasant and Chad and Chase did an excellent job with our repairs. They were very prompt and efficient as well as friendly. I highly recommend this company.

This company is the worst. RL Allen Plumbing replaced our broken water heater 8 months ago. Last night it stopped working and we called RL Allen Plumbing to help resolve this issue. Rosalie, their receptionist could not find any record of them installing the unit, was very thoughtless and hung up on us during our phone conversation. We put a complaint with our home warranty and have another (better) plumbing company come help our family and infant daughter have hot water again. If you are looking to hire a plumbing company in the DFW Metroplex, please call someone else. Preferably Blue Star Plumbing, they're rock stars. RL Allen Plumbing = bush league.

This company has the worst company service ever! The receptionist/scheduler Rosalie is very unprofessional and rude. They did not work well with my warranty company who called them in the first place and left me without hot water for 5 days and tried to tell me I had to wait another day before they could come back out after their plumber had told me they would be back today to replace the hot water heater. I will be contacting the better business bureau about them as well.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! I shouldn't even give one star, but the website won't allow me to not give any. Used R.L. Allen through Nations Home Warranty. They came out the first time to fix the master toilet, but it's been running ever since. Went back through Nations to get them back out to fix it. Called Nations Wednesday. As of Friday, still had not received a phone call, so had to call back to Nations. When they finally called me (Friday afternoon), I asked for a 1pm to 5pm time slot Monday, which she said should be no problem, but to call first thing Monday morning at 9am. I explained to them my wife was in the hospital and I had taken the day off to handle doctor's appts for my kids in the morning. When I called back Monday morning she tells me I am scheduled 9am to 1pm... seriously? She asked if a 45 minute phone call would help and I said yes. The technician then calls me at 12:18pm and says "I'm ready to head over." He had no idea about the 45 minute heads up, but said he would honor it. I told him I was dropping my daughter off at school (which is 30 minutes from my house) and I would be home by 1:15pm, which I was, but after a few phone calls back and forth, he left my house. He never even called me back, had the office do it. So now the job is not done... over a 12 minute difference by my calculation. I told them the predicament I was in and that this was very important to me. They did not care about me or my situation. This was all over a job that they did not do right the first time. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY. I already filed a complaint with Nations and told them I will not do business with R.L Allen Plumbing again.
