Rich came out to help us in the middle of a Sunday within 30 minutes of my text and was great! Very responsive! He was in and out within 2 hours and left back to his family pool day!!! Hardworking, very personable and likable. Was even kind enough to make sure he was closing the door every time so the kitty wouldn't get out. Wore a mask the whole time and did a clean job. Highly, highly recommend! Rich responded immediately with a very specific and detailed quote. He came out the next morning to fix the terrible botched installation job that had been done by someone else on our sink and appliances. He took everything apart and redid it correctly and checked everything to make sure it was working properly. He worked quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. I have never written a review on Yelp or anywhere else, but the service that I received from Rich and his company R&K Tradesman. I had a real issue in my condo and I needed plumbing help as fast as possible. I called and to my happy surprise a live voice , Rich was on the line with me. He asked me to text him pictures and descriptions of my two separate issues. I had a leaking pipe that needed to be repaired under my bathroom sink. The second issue was that I needed my kitchen faucet and my trash compactor replaced. He responded immediately and that I should go buy the new faucet and trash compactor. I asked for an estimate and he gave me a price . I had to try and negotiate something a bit lower and he was giving me an excellent price. I said that I wanted to speak to a few other plumbers. Truth is I didn't call that many plumbers , just 4 or 5. Then I stopped wasting my time and called Rich and we set up an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time and came in and started to get right to work. Rich let me know that I had purchased the wrong faucet for my sink. He said that I should go get the right one and he had plenty of work to do while I was gone. Keep in mind that I had just met Rich, and normally I wouldn't leave somebody that I just met alone in my condo. I could tell right away that Rich was a guy I could trust. I ran to the hardware store and got the right faucet set. Not only had he gotten The bathroom issue resolved. Bottom line is R&K Tradesman great service. Clean, fast and trustworthy. I finally have found a plumber that I can trust. I told Rich that I would also call him about any project that I might be doing in my condo that he might able to do for me in the future. Great Guy !

Very amazing service. Called for some help with a couple outlets and a ceiling fan thinking it would take a week to get an appointment but he showed up the same day and took care of it super fast! I highly recommend!

Have not used the services, but based on a short interaction over my daily walks passing in front of his house, he is a low class guy.
His cars were completely blocking the sidewalk, as I was passing, so I had to get out of the pedestrian walk to the street to move on. The guy was outside and instead of a friendly ""hello"" or ""sorry for the inconvenience"" he followed me we some long stare as if it was me invaiding his property.
Just imagining what kind of a warranty or customer service this tradesman can provide with this kind of peoples skills and attitude, if needed.
Would not recommend, find somebody nicer

A well credentialed man. He showed up quickly...and on time. His knowledge impressed me. Me: 17 years construction, 6 years contractor, 20 years municipal inspector...and yes I was impressed. He is straight forward. Doesn't try to up sell you. Knows problem...fixes it. Reliable.
