We are fairly new to Huntington Beach and did not know who to contact to look at our furnace. Luckily, we saw an RK Plumbing Heating & AC truck parked in our community so we wrote down the number and called. We feel like we hit the jackpot with Rick! The Saturday before Easter and I noticed a lot of water on my kitchen floor. I called several companies but no one was available until Tuesday. I called RK and he told me he would be here in 45 minutes and he was. He inspected the sink and found that the pipe had cracked. This is a 60 year old house and things are beginning to go wrong unfortunately. Rick did a great job and wasn't bothered by the cats who kept ""inspecting"" his work. He was very personable and I'm very happy. I also asked him about some other work and he was very informative. He's now in my contacts for the next emergency.

Rick was honest, forthright, and gave me a fair price. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. One of the jobs that had to be done needed to be done by a company that he contracts.
