Recommended Customer Reviews

R&K Plumbing did everything right. They answered their phone when I called. They showed up when they said they were going to, not like the other guys. R & K Plumbing reworked my kitchen sink pipes. Wow! Thanks so much. There is more room underneath my sink now. No more big box store cheap fixes that never work. Call these guys as they are a professional plumbing company and fun to have in your home to get the job done.

We've been using R&K for our business projects as well as for family members. They do a wonderful job, show up as scheduled and are very fair when it comes to pricing. Highly recommend them!!

The lady receptionist that answers the phone there is absolutely wonderful. She's knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm thankful I have found a great plumbing company.

They were nice and explained everything to me that I needed to know . Would recommend

I have used R&K plumbing services for several minor household plumbing issues and repairs including: fixing leaky faucets, replacing new toilets in both bathrooms, winterizing my sprinkler system each year etc. They are professional, very reasonably priced, and always very thorough to clean up and leave the job more spotless than they found it. They are always very accommodating with coming very quickly after I call them. I give them five stars and highly recommend these plumbers.

Service staff were great, no complaints; with great work as performed. Original job was a P-Trap install, had been quoted $165 ($140 labor for the hour, $25 parts). Ended up also having a faucet needing installed and the open-back vanity had to be moved about 5 feet from the left of the sink-location (small 24in vanity) to be placed in front of the water hookup. All in all the work took 45 minutes from start to when I was told my bill would be $300 instead. When I called I was told that they do not neccasarily charge by the hour, but also by the task, and that """"vanity and faucet install"""" were both charges in addition to the hour of labor. I had not been notified before they started that the faucet and/or moving the 10lb vanity 5 feet would incur an increase in cost, and of course my bill has been paid in full. No issues with the service staff, great folks, back-end could either use a break, or need to more thoroughly understand work performed. I will most certainly not be returning in the future. EDIT - Originally the cost to move an open back vanity 5ft. And install a client provided faucet (which still fell well within the hour of labor) was ~$365 before I asked the bill to be re-looked at. Greater than 100% increase is insane for the task added, and I seriously do not consider pushing a 24"""" vanity 5 feet against a wall """"installing a vanity"""". $300 is still insane for work performed, I would have been perfectly happy with $200 as I had planned on tipping the gentleman by rounding up to that anyway.
