We had Memo out to flush out our water heater and look at our low water pressure. He was informative, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He arrived at the scheduled time, kept us updated as he diagnosed our issues, and even found and fixed another problem with a leaky toilet while he was here. Our water is hotter and better than it has been since we moved into this house 3 year ago! We are very happy with the level of service and honesty of Memo and feel that the price was very reasonable. RK Knight Plumbing will now be our preferred plumber!

I was so happy when Art suggested a Hydro jetting might fix the ongoing problem I've had with toilet back ups. After showing me the camera image of the narrowed pipes, I knew this was the right thing to do. Art came today to do the procedure. They were clean, fast and explained everything before, during and after. Seeing the difference in my pipes with their camera was just amazing. I think that technology is just fantastic. I am very pleased with his expertise!

I can't believe the quick response I got from RK Knight. I called about a backed up sink and they sent someone to my house in about 30 minutes. Shawn did a great job! Art did a great job and gave a thorough explanation of what our situation was. He arrived earlier than expected and also let us know in advance that he had availability to arrive early which was great. Super amiable, thorough, and fixed the issue we were having quickly. Would definitely recommend RK Knight to anyone in the area and will definitely be reaching out to them again if needed (hopefully not) for plumbing issues in the future!

Not to mention, cost of service was definitely reasonable and worth the $. A staple and go-to plumbing service without a doubt!

We can't say enough good things about these guys. Super great customer service. Diagnosed and fixed our shower leak very fast and very thorough. Great, honest pricing. We've used them before for another (bigger) job and they were fantastic then (better price and quicker repair than two other quoted plumbers).
