Living in uptown Whittier calls for dealing with OLD pipes. After calling RK, they sent over 2 great technicians who helped unclog the bathroom tub and even came through next day for the kitchen sink drain. Great customer service and great deals if you check in on yelp

I needed my garbage disposal replaced, so I went out and bought one. I called R.K. Knight to come out and install it. They were there for less than 45 minutes, but on their paperwork they put that they were there about 2 hours. They charged me $245 to install a disposal. Really?
I won't be calling them again. I feel I was overcharged.

Clean out drain in front of my house was overflowing every time the toilet was flushed. Attempted to snake it myself to clear up clog but it didn't work so called RK Knight plumbing and they had someone at my house in less than 30 min. Josh was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about our situation. Fixed issue quick I am very satisfied and will definitely you them for future issues.

Their customer service was good and they were open on a Saturday so as far as communication they do well in that area.

We are a Hair Salon so we're very busy we needed an emergency service because our water heater shut off and we only had cold water running for clients. Technician came within 30 minutes he was there for about 15 minutes did a few tests come to find out that the reset button on the water heater need to be pressed. THey charged us about $200. Less than 2 weeks later that issue is still happening. Me list to say they did not fully repair or solve the problem just temporarily when we called and asked for them to come take a look and actually let us know why it was not working they told us we would have to pay again and because it was a reset button issue.

I would not recommend this company.

R.K. Knight Plumbing has been to our home several times to fix our plumbing, install a new water heater, etc. They are very good plumbers and they do a great job! Ronnie, the owner is a very polite, professional, nice, and friendly man. Shawn, also does a great job. We highly recommend them. After they complete a job, they always send us a nice thank you note which we really appreciate. Thank you R.K. Knight for always doing a great job for us!
