Roger and I met recently for a job including new tankless and mainline plumbing for upstairs and downstairs, to be done in phases. He was knowledgeable and able to explain the jobs to me in a clear way. I was happy with his knowledge and understanding what I needed. As he left he said he would have an estimate to me in two business days.

One week later, I have not gotten a response from him despite follow up attempts on my part. I'm very disappointed with taking the time to meet and Roger not taking the time to respond back.

Roger did a very nice job replacing my old shower valve with a new one. He also changed main water shutoff valve. Very reasonable rates and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends. Very friendly too. A+

I don't write reviews often but felt I had to leave one here. I sent out a service request for a garbage disposable that stopped working. He responded back quickly and asked what the problem was? Went out of his way to help by explaining what to do over the phone so I wouldn't have to pay a service call charge if it weren't needed. He showed me what to buy and I was able to fix it myself the day after. He basically did his job for free over the phone. Which is not the reason Why I wrote this but because of his honest work ethic!! He could of easily came down and charge me for anything because I have no knowledge about any kind of plumbing. Bless this man! During a time when the world is in chaos, there is definitely still good in people! Will be in contact for any plumbing issues I have in my house from here on out. Next time I hope he is able to come out so I am able to pay for the service!

Amazing service! We've had 2 major events. Called RJO Plumbing Services and Roger answered his phone right away even on Christmas Eve. We had a major leak coming from upstairs in the middle of our family room downstairs. 1 day away when all our family was coming over for dinner which was horrible timing. Roger and his team showed up within the hour and quickly fixed the issue and we didn't have to cancel our Christmas plans. His team was professional, diligent, on time, great service, trustworthy and super friendly!

Next major disaster happened when I was hosing off our crazy chocolate lab in our backyard. We have an outside shower and our dog goes absolutely bonkers with water! We was jumping up so high and was so crazy and I got off balance. Next thing I see is our dog lands on top of the shower pipe and breaks the pipe! Water comes blowing out absolutely everywhere! OMG! I ran and grabbed my phone and called Roger, he asked me to facetime with him so he could coach me on how to turn off water and what to look for. What a lifesaver! I don't know of any other contractor and always picks up their phone and starts helping you out right away. His team then came out and installed a new pipe and our shower was fixed!

I highly recommend RJO Plumbing Services! Put their name and number is your contact list and when you need services, these guys are the best ones to use!

Am I the only person in Southern California that knows about yelp and who uses RJO Plumbing...???

Once again the ""plumbing thing"" happens... once again I put the call out to Roger. Once again, he shows up when he said he would and once again, we are tickled pink with his great work, friendly personality, and reasonable prices.

The lack of reviews for RJO Plumbing is really puzzling... He's got to be the best in OC..!!!

Roger was excellent showed up as soon as I called him.
He replaced my In Sinkerator garbage disposal that was leaking and it was obvious he was an expert.
Great Plumber and very courteous.
I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

Roger is the best! He has always done a great job and answered my calls quickly. He came on a weekend to replace a hot water heater for me after his kids soccer game. It was a job well done and a couple hundred dollars less than my friends new water heater replacement.

The measure of a business happens when something goes wrong. Roger was truly amazing, not just in how he handled our situation. He answers his phone! He returns calls. He does what it takes to do the job right and make sure we are happy campers. I have never once called a plumber because I had some new, fun thing I was doing. As a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years, I have had the great misfortune of working with plumbers who are unscrupulous, duplicitous, and even downright criminal. Roger has restored my faith in plumbers and he will be back to finish the second half of my re-pipe as soon as I am ready to redo my master bath.

Very impressed! Discovered a leak in our garage coming from upstairs last night. Called RJO early AM after seeing a good review on a neighborhood site and couldn't have had a better experience... on a Saturday no less! Timing worked perfectly, pricing was fair, service was great. I will recommend to everyone and look forward to using for our next plumbing projects.
