I have used RJC Plumbing on three different occasions for plumbing issues at my rentals. As is most often the case, I received calls from my renters during the evening or on the weekends. RJC was able to respond within a couple of hours of my call on every occasion. Also, the first two repairs were minor that were completed in a short time, but the last call was for a leaking drainage pipe in which there was quite a bit of ""tear out and put-back"" that needed to be done to complete the repair. RJC was able to complete the entire job which included drywall repair, painting, resetting tiles, and replacing fixtures within a week. They communicated with me the entire time and were able to keep the ""inconvenience"" to my renters at a minimum.

All in all, I have been completely satisfied with RJC Plumbing and their level of customer service. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

RJC Plumbing is consistently fantastic. He's available quickly (I called Saturday morning and he was there at 1:30), reasonably priced, thorough, and professional. He diagnosed some root invasion we have happening in our line to the street and wrote up an estimate, but cleared the line for now until we can afford to get it replaced completely. He remembered work at our house from a previous visit, even better than I remembered it! When we can afford to have the line replaced I will absolutely call RJC, and I'd hands down recommend him to anyone.

Update: loved these guys. Hired them for 3 large jobs and a few small. Always made sure I was happy with the work before they left. I will de be coming back. All of the jobs they did, I have had no issues with. Things never clogged or fell apart. Thank goodness. Good solid work! Plus they do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Late last night my kitchen sink clogged up. I'm frugal and am an avid DIYer and so this morning I attacked it. This sink has clogged several times in the past so I've invested in a power snake which has made short work of subsequent clogs over the last twenty five years. It has saved me lots of money.
It didn't take too long, this morning, to realize this clog was far more serious than the tools/skills I had at my disposal (no pun intended ... well OK maybe ... a little).
I do have favorite plumbers that I like and call for serious work, but 1) they were all too busy and 2) their prices had tripled to quadrupled since the last time I used them for drain service.
With no one comfy to call I looked at Yelp. The first few plumbers I called were too busy; too pricy; or wanted to replace all my plumbing in my home but would give me a ""good deal"" because I seemed like a nice guy. Time to rethink.
I started looking at plumbers with good but few Yelp reviews. I figured that no matter how good you are, its hard to get past the big guys and those with fewer Yelps may have more time or would be willing to work harder to break into the big time.
With a little research and careful reading I hit gold. I called RJC plumbing and the friendly live lady had Ramon at my home within 30 minutes. Ramon though courteous, knowledgeable and friendly was no nonsense. He attacked the problem with a fervor and was done in twenty minutes (but my work had prepped the work area for him). The bill was what I had been quoted over the phone. I paid him for the one hour minimum. I got a smile , a sincere thank you, an assurance of satisfaction with a warranty for only $65. Others had quoted $104 to $150. I did tip him and hereby highly recommend him. I may even sell my snake.

I always dread plumbing issues, but Ramon was fast & efficient and gave me some tips on preventing washing machine clogs. The office gave me a call to let me know he was in route. When he arrived, he surveyed my home and was very considerate with bringing in equipment and gear. He cleaned up everything when he was finished.

I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I have to agree 5 stars does not cut it ....I had a toilet problem that a company who's name I won't say but is always advertising on tv gave me a price tag of $2900 to fix it. Well lucky for us we have two bathrooms so I told the guy let me think about it. So glad I did...after two weeks of thinking about how I didn't want to spend that kind of money to be in debt and have payments my wife found these guys on yelp and called them. She talked to Ramon and told me this guy sounds honest and thinks he can fix it without tearing up our bathroom floor or digging the 50 year old pipe out and replacing it. Well guess what they fixed it for under $500 and told me if it doesn't work they'll give me my money back. Who does anything like that now days....aaaaaa no one! Ramon and his father jack are two of the nicest people I have met. Their my new life time plumbers ...thanks again guys.

Last night, had a kitchen sink backed up and filling with black water. My property manager emergency line was useless. Came to Yelp and called 3 other plumbing companies, none were available. Next on the list was RJC Plumbing and they were more than happy to help me with my situation. They already had a technician in the area and he showed up when they said he would.

It turned out to be a plumbing issue that involved my neighbor's pipes as well. Fortunately the two gentlemen from RJC knew how to handle it without disturbing any other tenants. They did the job in a timely fashion without making any mess. I'm very pleased with the service.

Had an emergency plumbing problem in our Kensington home that turned out to be very complicated. Ramon and his dad came out very quickly and went over and above to see that we were back in operation as quick as possible. 5 stars are not enough for them.

On the 4th of July we came home at 10 o'clock at night caked in sand with no hot water. We found Ramon the next day and he was able to come out and fix our heater the same day! He was warm, professional and had reasonable pricing. We'll definitely be calling him again for our plumbing needs.
