I had a bathroom faucet leak issue. Bob replied within less than 10 min. He was able to fit me in his busy schedule earlier than I was expecting. Not only that he went above and beyond, not only fixed my faucet issue but also brought it up to the code. I am very impressed and grateful for his professionalism and attention to the details. Was lucky to have found bob 4 years ago when we bought our house in San Marcos. He is the only plumber I'll call, he's super responsive, sets clear expectations, fair and equitable on pricing, and does beautiful work. He's done numerous jobs for me helping bring our outdated 1979 house to the new age. Especially grateful for his help a gas line we had to have moved when we put our solar and new electrical panel in to be up to code. The sdge people and solar people gave us a few ""referrals"" and the pricing was outrageous. I was lucky to know that my plumber could also do a gas line. Bobs pricing was fair for the job and he does excellent work.

Found RJB Plumbing on Yelp today, having a 5.0 star rating and 140+ reviews I felt pretty comfortable contacting them. I contacted them through Yelp and got a response within minutes. I needed my Pressure Regulating Valve replaced, they sent a quote and offered to be out in 45 minutes if needed. We agreed on the price and Bob came out and did the work, super nice guy, lives the next neighborhood over! He explained exactly what and how he was going to do the replacement and even got me a double union PRV so that next time I could literally replace it myself in about 30 minutes! (as long as I got the exact same model). He even left the area cleaner than he found it! I won't hesitate to call RJB Plumbing if I have any plumbing needs in the future. 5 Stars all the way!

I take out the trash and noticed that my Navian tankless water heater located in my garage is flashing a red light with a wrench icon. Considering how expensive these tankless water heaters are, I immediately texted Bob at RJB Plumbing--he's my go-to plumber after I had discovered his services last year. He's also a Navian-certified technician. Within minutes, I get a reply (Note this is a Sunday night at 8 pm). He instructed me to first check to see if there is an error code. I do so and texted him back with the code. Then he told me to reset the system to see if the code would go away. Sure enough, it does. The water heater is working normally again. Bob reminds me to keep an eye on the system, and if there are issues, to contact tech support and loop him in. He has all the replacement parts on hand if repairs are needed. Note also that he wasn't the one who installed this water heater in the first place. I went with another plumber BEFORE finding out about Bob through friends. So it speaks volumes about Bob, and how he goes above and beyond for his customers, even for the things he didn't installed. And unscrupulous plumbers out there would have taken advantage of my situation and charge an exorbitant amount for less than 2 minutes of work. Not Bob. No charges here. He's the real deal and the reason why I continue to recommend him to numerous neighbors and friends. And I don't take these Yelp reviews lightly either. Use Bob for ALL your plumbing needs!

Robert was fantastic and will be my go to for all future plumbing needs. Responded quickly, thoroughly explained everything and gave an excellent quote. He swapped out my leaking garbage disposal with a new one. He brought the new unit, all the needed parts and a new sink flange. Also checked all the fittings, pipes, hoses and clamps under the sink to make sure I wouldn't have any issues after he left. Highly recommended!
