Second time we've had Rob out to our house. The first time was to change our water heater, the second to swap out a bad toilet. Both times he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Very respectful of COVID risks on the second visit. We'll be using him again for our future visits.

I called RJB plumbing last night, with broken garbage disposal problem, panicked since we could not use kitchen sink any more. Robert found time and came this morning to take a look. He fixed our disposal in 5 minutes and refused to take any money for his work. He said it was not a big deal and he was glad to help. I am truly amazed that such honest business exists in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend Robert and his RJB Pluming business. We have found our plumber for life!

Trust to me is the most valuable commodity and Bob has earned mine. Not only did he show up on time to replace some water/toilet valves, he let us know what he was doing and why. He also advised us of preventative maintenance we can easily do to keep them in good working order. That is the first time a home/repair professional has ever taken the time to do so. Absolutely the best! Bob perfectly addressed an urgent plumbing issue in my home, that required to turn off the main to my home overnight. Bob showed up timely, explained the whole process and affirmed his analysis and cost of the situation as per his estimates from the prior night. Bob fixed the issue as explained and got our water in our home running again. He also seemed very knowledgeable, is very experienced in his field and helped out explain many different aspects in his trade such that any homeowner can be well informed of general maintenance and tips n tricks. I couldn't recommend Bob more, I will definitely be returning to him as a happy customer for any future plumbing related needs.

Called Bob up, described to him that I wanted to replace my toilets. I live in an older complex in San Marcos that Bob has not worked in before. My work is in downtown San Diego, so I could only have him come on a Saturday (which he only does occasionally, which was awesome he did that for me). After he came and inspected the toilets, he definitely mentioned it was a more unusual set up. He recommended a couple different brands, I chose Toto. He went over pricing and his price is everything baked in (parts, labor, and disposal). One year warranty. Got it done within an hour or two (I only had him do one for now).

I then mentioned another issue, my water pressure. Hated to bother him with this, but while he was here! He knew exactly where to look and found out that my water regulator is shot... Been at my condo for 9 years and I believe it's been like this the whole time... He had the parts on his truck and he stayed to get it done. Took him about another 2 hours or so (more or less).

What I really appreciate, is other plumbers that have came and done work, did not mention the water regulator... Thanks Bob!

Reached out on Yelp for a plumber and Bob was very responsive. He was clear with price and was able to come quickly. Everything was scheduled through text which I love. He was on time, friendly, and very efficient. So happy I have a reliable plumber now if/when needed in the future. Highly recommend!
