David H.I have been buying form RJ Walker for over 20 years. First as a contractor and now as a homeowner. Always helpful with all sorts of problems or ideas. Over the years i have purchased over 15 boilers and furnaces for my buildings and home from them. I also bought tubs, sinks, toilets, faucets and all the parts necessary to install them. They were always helpful figuring sizes and brands. Delivery was fast and careful, never damaged anything when taking boilers or water heaters into the basements. Returning unused parts is never a problem. I highly recommend them.
Horrible. God forbid they even stayed open for their regular hours but I guess they're so bored they had to go home due to lack of business... quite aggravating when take a half hour ride to visit a showroom that's open until 6 and they're already closed at 5:05. Guess they don't care about the business or loss of...
Derreck H.Would give a zero if possible.
RJ Walkers refused to refund me because of ""twisted"" wires. Lol. So, I've got to buy a new boiler because the block is now broken. This was not known before buying the transformer. The part I purchase prior to discovering the broken area... is still brand new, had zero current applied to it, literally. The boiler never turned on due to not having water in it. Now I have to figure out how to get $500-$3000 to buy another boiler, depending on new or used. They were unreasonable simply because they could be. Smh. Now, I'm stuck with a brand new transformer that does absolutely nothing for me. At the end of the day, they gave no interest in helping a long standing customer. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THEM. Be careful when you deal with them, they will deny you for any stupid reason. Do not buy anything there unless you know 100% positive that you won't need to bring it back. And if you must, make sure you find out what is actually returnable. I would suggest looking for another company, whenever possible.
RJ WALKERS is a garbage company that's only still in business because, they were one of the firsts in the area. It's not because they have quality parts, diverse options, cheap prices or, even a care for quality customer service. I've been going there for over 4 years and, this is how much they cared. Smh.
