Thursday morning I found our shower stall backed up; dirty water with bits of crud in it. My plumber's helper and an inexpensive snake didn't help, so I got a referral to R&J. Rob told me he could be out Friday morning, showed up right on time, and ran his auger down the drain and pretty much out to the street. Flowing nicely now. Rob and his son-in-law were polite and clearly knew their business. I hope I won't need to call them any time soon, but I won't hesitate to dial their number if I have a drain problem.

Excellent! Toilets wouldn't flush and bath very very slow to drain. Rob returned my call quickly and arrived about 2 hours later. He found that the drain pipe was clogged with sludge build-up. Cleared the line and everything working great in under an hour at a fair price. Professional and personable. Would do again!
