Master Plumber Randy Renner returned our phone call within the hour, listened to what we wanted (new water line for refrigerator) and scheduled service for that week. He arrived on time and spent time listening to some additional work that we had added to our list. He recommended recessing the shut-off valve into the wall so that when we pushed the refrigerator back into place it would not be up against the pipes and water lines. He spent over an hour with us going over our list and giving us good advice. I checked his work afterwards and it looks first rate. The bill was reasonable and much less than I expected to pay a Master Plumber.

Some additional information on Randy Renner: He worked for his Dad who was also a Master Plumber and it took him 8+ years to become a Master Plumber. Now, he is mentoring his son-in-law (who is currently a Journeyman Plumber) who works with him in the business. [this info from the side of his truck: Maryland Registered Master Plumber # 5321]

Additional Tidbits: He took his shoes off at the door, cleaned up his work area before he left, and his work van was clean and organized. Extremely personable & pleasant.
